The last week of August is the time of rest in Zakopane. The 17th Tatra Family Rally takes place then, an event organized by the PFCC. It will be a big goodbye to the holidays!
On August 23-30, 2015, the 17th Tatra Family Rally will be held in Zakopane. It will be a time devoted to relaxation in the surroundings of a mountain landscape, evening meetings and children's games. There are also plans for a barbecue with a snack.
Those willing to meet with the group of recreation enthusiasts at the campsite can take part in the entire rally, held on August 23-30 , or in its shortened version - that is, spend time in Zakopane from 23 to 28 August .
17th Tatra Family Rally - where do we meet?
The meeting point is camping number 97 "Pod Krokwią" , located next to the Wielka Krokiew ski jump, on the edge of the Tatra National Park. It is a 3-star facility, offering guests places in a guarded area around the clock - at the campsite, in rooms and cottages. The campsite is wooded and fenced. It is eagerly chosen by tourists who want to combine relaxation among greenery with quick access to the attractions of Zakopane.
In the immediate vicinity there is a sports complex with tennis courts, cross-country trails and an indoor swimming pool. In winter, there is also an ice rink. On the other hand, the owners of the campground are the organizers of numerous sports events - including cycling, cross-country and skiing competitions.
The cost of participation in the rally
The crew consists of a maximum of 5 members (2 adults and 3 children under 18) and 1 tent or 1 motor caravan or 1 car and 1 caravan. The fee for participation in the rally, in addition to the stay itself, includes a barbecue with snacks, access to electricity, setting up a camper, car and tent or a car with a trailer, as well as the PFCC emblem. It does not include any climate or local fees - the crew pays them at the rally site. Willing to attend the convention, who are not members of the PFCC , pay a 25% higher fee .
Depending on the number of people in the crew and the days on which they participate in the meeting, the fee is as follows: the cost of participation in the rally for a team of 2 is PLN 425 (PLN 335 if the team stays until August 28), for a three-person team PLN 435 (similarly, PLN 345), for a 4-person one, PLN 445 (PLN 355), while a team of 5 members pays PLN 455 (PLN 365).
Applications must be submitted by August 20, 2015 . The number of places at the rally is limited, so you should not delay it. Application forms can be sent by post, e-mail or fax.
