Caravans Salon Poland 2026 isn't just about hundreds of campers, trailers, and campervans. From October 16th to 18th, the trade fair exhibition will be accompanied by an extensive program of meetings with travelers, debates, and practical workshops. Performances will include Czesław Lang, Marta Chodorowska, Foxes in Eden, 7Wanderlegs, KamperManiak, Wędrówki z Psem, and many teams known from the Vanlife Zone.

This year's program is spread across the Main Stage on Linden Avenue in front of Pavilion 7, the First Floor Stage in Pavilion 7, and the workshop zone in Pavilion 7. From Friday to Sunday, visitors will be able to choose from stories from long journeys, topics related to everyday life on the road, caravanning techniques, and sessions dedicated to traveling with children or animals.

Czesław Lang, Złote Kempingi and important industry topics on Friday

Friday's program will be an opportunity to meet travelers and discuss caravanning itself. One of the guests will be Czesław Lang , who will connect the worlds of sports and travel on four wheels during the "Tour de Pologne i caravaning" event.

The program will also include discussions about caravanning with a dog. Representatives from Tuptusie Travel, Wędrówki z Psem, Vryga, ZbusoVani, and GloBuSammy will participate in the debate , "Four-Legged Friends in a Campervan – Challenges When Traveling with a Dog." Topics will include safety, route planning, temperatures, crossing borders, and the daily management of traveling with a pet.

Friday will also end with an important event for the Polish camping industry – the finale and award ceremony of the Złote Kempingi 2026 plebiscite .

Saturday with the strongest vanlife representation

Saturday promises to be particularly busy. From the morning onwards, the Main Stage will be filled with people who travel the world in campers and vans every day.

One of the highlights will be a meeting with Foxes in Eden titled "Why Did We End Vanlife?" . Zosia and Kuba will talk about ending full-time van life, changing priorities, and whether giving up this daily routine has to mean the end of traveling. The meeting will take place on Saturday at 12:00 PM .

An hour later, at 1:00 PM , 7Wanderlegs will take the stage. Their meeting will take the form of a Q&A. The audience will be able to decide what they want to hear – from preparing a camper for a long trip and crossing borders, to everyday life while traveling through countries like Oman, Iraq, Russia, Mongolia, and China.

Marta Chodorowska on traveling with a dog

One of the most recognizable guests of this year's edition will be Marta Chodorowska . The actress and travel enthusiast will deliver a lecture titled "Four Paws, Four Wheels – Campervan Travel with a Dog."

This won't be a technical guide, but a personal story about how the presence of a dog influences the rhythm of a trip, the way we discover new places, and the daily decisions we make along the way.

Hiking with a Dog: From Van Design to First Trips

On Saturday at 4:00 p.m., the Wędrówki z Psem team will also perform on the Main Stage with the theme "A tailor-made van – from design to the first journeys" .

The meeting will be aimed primarily at those planning their own conversion, are in the process of building a van, or want to see how specific solutions perform on real-world trips. The prospect of traveling with a pet will also be explored.

Saturday's Main Stage will conclude with a debate on campervan malfunctions during travel . Svwider Travel, Camperove Love, Śię Gdzie Niech, and Foxes in Eden, among others, will share their experiences.

Not just stories. There will also be practical knowledge.

A separate part of the program consists of technical meetings and workshops. One of the experts will be Michał Grajewski – Kapitan Przyczepa (Captain Trailer) , who, together with Mr. Akumulator (Mr. Battery) , will address the topics of electricity, power supply, and energy independence.

During the "Look into the Serviceman's Box with Captain Trailer!" workshop, participants will see practical examples of cable processing and crimping, diagnosing basic errors, and solutions to help avoid problems in DIY installations.

The program will also include a meeting titled "Destination: Off-grid: How to equip your camper to be 100% independent in the wild?" Topics will include photovoltaics, energy storage, chargers, and solutions that reduce the need for an external power source.

Vryga, in turn, will lead travel photo-video workshops, intended for people who want to better document their trips.

Stage Floor – even more stories from the road

The Floor Stage program will be complemented by meetings with crews known from the Vanlife Zone. Appearances will include Wspólnie przez Świat, Tuptusie Travel, Pakowani, Dzień Dobry, Nordside, Obieżyświaty4, JedziemySe, RobiMy Podróże, Frunie, and Kapitan Przyczepa .

Another new feature will be the talk "On the Road to the Northern Lights! Everything You Need to Know Before Your Trip to the North!" , prepared with Agnieszka Blandzi, Tuptusie Travel, and TT-Line Polska . The main topic will be practical preparation for a Northern Lights hunt—from apps and forecasts, through proper clothing, to choosing a location. The talk will also cover a ferry trip with your own camper or van, and a cruise with animals.

A program created by people who are truly on the go

Many of this year's speakers are also participants in the Vanlife Zone in Pavilion 7A . This means that after their presentations, you'll be able to see their vehicles up close, discuss the solutions they used, and ask questions that weren't answered during the on-stage meeting.

This year, 26 teams will appear in the Vanlife Zone, presenting very different ways of living and traveling – from small cars prepared for weekend trips to vehicles used during multi-month expeditions.

Three stages and three days of meetings

The program of events at Caravans Salon Poland has been designed to complement the trade fair exhibition. In one day, you can compare new campers and caravans, talk to manufacturers, take a look inside travelers' vehicles, and then listen to stories from the road or gain practical knowledge during workshops.

Caravans Salon Poland 2026 will take place from October 15th to 18th at the Poznań International Fair. A stage and workshop program is planned from Friday to Sunday.

At the same time, the MTP will also host the Tour Salon, the Śladami Marzeń Travel Festival and the TUP TUP Family Travel Festival , so the entire weekend will be filled with meetings with travelers and inspiration for further trips.
