How to spend time with a child in the fall?

Collecting chestnuts, modeling clay, arranging puzzles - these are typical family activities for long autumn evenings. There is nothing wrong with them, but you have to admit that after some time they do not provide too much emotion. Does it mean that you have to shut up at home and wait out the fall? Of course not. When the weather is bad, there are tons of places where the whole family can go.

Going to the cinema - always a good idea

Cinema is a classic of family outings. It will be perfect for both small and large moviegoers, preferably in combination with joint selection of the film and subsequent discussion about it.

It is worth going to a family or animated film, but we encourage you to choose your favorite series. Then walking to the next parts of the production will become a kind of family ritual. And since cinemas are often located in the city center, such a trip can be combined with a family dinner. Testing a new menu together can be extremely exciting. However, if you don't want to spend too much money, consider cooking together at home.

Or maybe a palm house?

Typical attractions for children are not always the ones that provide the most emotions. The palm houses, which can be found in many Polish cities, can prove it. These huge greenhouses transport children and adults to the tropics, making it possible to learn about flora that does not occur naturally in Poland. As a result, such a trip turns into an amazing trip to other countries.

Similar impressions are provided by the oceanariums and the zoo, but the latter may not work well during the capricious autumn weather.

Covered amusement park

Indoor amusement park? It turns out that this solution is gaining popularity in Poland. We are not surprised at all because it is a great alternative to standard entertainment and parks operating only in the spring and summer season. Where is it worth going?

This fall, we recommend a new park of this type in Poland. It is, of course, the theme park Mandoria Miasto Przygód, located in Rzgów, near Łódź. It is a fully roofed place that is open all year round. Inside, there are numerous attractions for children and adults, even those that seem impossible to put in a closed building, e.g. roller coasters. In Mandoria you can ride as many as two! These are Merkant - the longest roller-coaster "under the roof" and the Dark Manor - roller-coaster running in the dark. Other available attractions include merry-go-rounds, a huge slide, fun activities also adapted to the needs of adults, boats on the water.

Mandoria Park deserves attention especially because of its thematisation. This place has been completely styled to create a separate, mysterious world. Mandoria is therefore a Renaissance port city where the real Mandorians reside. Both children and adults will be delighted with the design and history of the City of Adventure.

Ideas for long evenings

Attractions are attractions, but we all know that autumn can be long and it is not always possible to organize a family trip. Then it is worth reaching for old ways of spending time.

We have prepared some reliable proposals.

1. Making fall decorations - go with your children in search of the most beautiful leaves, nuts and chestnuts, and then create something beautiful out of it.
2. Autumn photo session - organize a real photo session! Plan clothes and scenery together, choose a date. It's gonna be a lot of fun and it's gonna be a souvenir!
3. Making a base - Fall is the perfect time to create a base from blankets and chairs. Inside, you can hang lamps and prepare a comfortable seat for reading books or playing board games.
