Camping Łęg w Pieninach

Camping Łęg, as the name suggests, is located on the mountain river Białka, right at its confluence with the Czorsztyn Lake in the Pieniny Mountains. The campsite is situated at the foot of the Spiš Pieniny (the highest peak in Żary - 879m above sea level), and there are three National Parks in the area - Pieniński, Gorczański and Tatrzański. It is 10 km to the border crossing with Slovakia, the famous rafting down the Dunajec River - 12 km, and the trail to Turbacz - 3 km. The surrounding forests abound in mushrooms, and in the river and the Lagoon you can catch beautiful specimens of trout, Danube salmon, pike, roach, perch and bream. There are also excellent conditions for cycling, and there are water equipment rentals by the lake shore. In Kluszkowce you can go crazy on the toboggan run and visit the small Zoo, and in Bukowina, Szaflary and Białka Tatrzańska, you can use geothermal pools. In 2016, a new catering and reception building was built with a roofed place where you can spend time on rainy days, eat hot dishes, drink good coffee and cold beer, and watch the most important sports events. Guests have at their disposal a large, well-equipped playground for children (2 slides, swings, 2 houses and an overground passage), a large sandbox, and a full-size beach volleyball court. The toilets have been completely modernized. We have 8 toilets, 4 showers, 5 washrooms, a dishwashing station and 2 water intake points at our guests' disposal. There is a place to dump dirt from caravans and campers on the campground. On site you can eat basic dishes (including casseroles, fries, hot dogs) and buy drinks, sweets, chips, beer, hygiene products, etc. Every day until 2 p.m. you can order full-fledged dinners (soups, main courses, fish, dumplings , salads etc.), which we deliver from our own restaurant "Tajemniczy Ogród ***" (It is also possible to order gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, vegetarian dishes - we have the "Gluten-free menu" certificate). it is delivered from a nearby bakery. We also sell dry and beech wood for a fire or barbecue. In 2017, another sanitary building will be built (showers, toilets, washbasins, additional places for washing dishes and water intake). The proximity of the Białka River and the Czorsztyn Lake provides great opportunities for fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, and especially for relaxing in the bosom of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We do not book places for trailers or tents due to the area of the campsite (almost 9 hectares). It is enough to come to us - you will find a place for sure.
