What kind of camping cookware?

If we are going on a trip in a motorhome or car with a caravan, we will probably not take ceramic tableware with us. We will need light and break-resistant dishes.

Melamine cookware has dominated campsites for years for a reason. Dishes made of this material do not weigh much, and at the same time do not break, which means that they are perfect for short and long journeys - they will not overload our luggage and will not get damaged in a short time.

Their resistance means that many parents use melamine plates and cups to prepare meals for their little ones - also at home. Children will like the intense colors and patterns of some sets, and the parents will especially appreciate the fact that the plate, when released from its clumsy hands, will not break.

What to look for?

We have a large selection of patterns and colors of melamine dishes on the market - we can choose tableware that will resemble a set made of thick, solid porcelain, but if we prefer vivid colors or rich decorations, we will certainly also find such products. Let's pay attention to whether the selected dishes have a non-slip silicone rubber on the bottom - this is not always a standard.
