K-Yacht Teknoline - not only for Italian holidays
Italian campsites are famous for the luxurious conditions they guarantee their guests. Can the same be said about the Italian motorhome? Definitely yes! The top model of the Mobilvetta company from Tuscany combines aesthetics with rich equipment and functionality.
In the case of the K-Yacht Teknoline model, we are apparently dealing with a classic motorhome based on the Fiat Ducato and offering four places to sleep. However, as the saying goes, the devil is in the details, and in this case, the devilish temptation for rather wealthy customers can be extremely rich equipment, interesting design and technological modernity.
Innovatively built
As far as technology is concerned, it is worth noting that there are no wooden elements in the construction of this motorhome and the fiberglass roof is just one of the many elements proving that Mobilvetta does not differ from the world's best producers. The structure used should ensure high resistance to weather conditions, as well as thermal and acoustic insulation.
The manufacturer considers the bent, arched connector between the roof and walls to be a particularly important innovation, thanks to which customers should not be afraid of possible problems, e.g. with moisture at the edges of the ceiling.
In good taste
In terms of design, the matter is obvious. Tastes vary, usually, however, fully integrated motorhomes are liked more than those that resemble "delivery vans". The top model of the Italian manufacturer convinces not only with its aggressive front and original, deep-set rear lights, but also with good aerodynamics and large windows that provide the driver with excellent visibility.
In the interior, the rather traditional floor layout stands out from the competition thanks to glossy furniture , designer tap, or extremely rich lighting (including blue "LEDs" illuminating the furniture).
A motorhome full of lockers
The functionality was taken care of by numerous compartments. Hiding places hidden in the double floor and even in the armchairs, however, are not everything. Two large storage compartments available from the outside of the vehicle (with dimensions of 105x31x30 cm and 70x31x33 cm), as well as a spacious garage under the bed (with a maximum size of 217x115x123 cm) are noteworthy.
In the garage, it is worth paying attention to special shelves secured with a net , on which you can transport small items. We have never seen a similar solution before.
Everything as standard
But let's get back to the equipment, because it is really impressive. In fact, it can be said that the customer receives… everything as standard! Including an aesthetic package, a safety package (including cruise control) and a winter package (including insulated tanks, among others). The equipment also includes pleated blinds on the windows (including the windshield), five 230V and three 12V sockets and a 360-degree rotating table.
The more obvious elements include a 120-liter water tank and a 110-liter waste water container, a 150-liter refrigerator and a Truma Combi 6 heating system with seven heat nozzles. But in the K-Yacht we can also find a cooker hood, oven, heated floor , or even orthopedic mattresses on the beds.
In five versions
Mobilvetta K-Yacht Teknoline is available in five body variants and with three engines to choose from (2.3 l., 130 hp, 2.3 l., 150 hp, 3.0 l., 180 hp). Models MH 80, MH 84, MH 87 (length 699 cm) have a toilet integrated with the shower enclosure, while the longer models MH 85 (738 cm) and MH 89 (740 cm) have two separate rooms. In each version, passengers have one double or two single beds in the back and a folding bed in the front part of the motorhome .
The Mobilvetta K-Yacht Teknoline MH 85 model with a 150 hp engine, i.e. from the middle of the offer, costs less than 80 thousand in Italy. euro . A lot of? Little? Everyone has to judge for themselves. Certainly, for this price, we can get a modern, good-looking and well-equipped motorhome.
