ELCAMP relies on ADRIA!

Elcamp, one of the pioneers of caravanning and the first dealer of the Hymer brand in Poland, announced a significant change in its business strategy. As of July 31, 2024, the company is ending cooperation with the Erwin Hymer Group (EHG), abandoning the multi-brand model in favor of a single-dealership of the Adria brand.

This decision is the result of an in-depth market analysis, the contract concluded with the Slovenian manufacturer and Elcamp's desire to offer its customers the highest standard of products and services to meet the needs of every caravanner.

"Adria's product offer, including a wide range of trailers and campers, high level of product and service competence, modern design and attractive prices, are the main factors that influenced our decision." – explains Andrzej Zawiliński, President of Elcamp.

Abandoning the multi-brand strategy in favor of mono-dealing is a step aimed at focusing on one brand, which will allow for even greater specialization and improvement of the offer.

"We believe that focusing on one manufacturer will allow us to better understand its products and the needs of our customers, which will ultimately translate into an even higher level of service. We have extensive plans to expand our offer, not only sales, as you will see already soon," adds Andrzej Zawiliński.

Elcamp's new strategy and even closer cooperation with Adria Mobil are an important step towards further development of the company and strengthening its position on the Polish caravanning market. Customers can expect an even better offer, based on a wide range of modern and reliable Adria products that will certainly meet the expectations and needs of every customer.

"It is worth adding that Adria is also a SunLiving brand, which has introduced many new products to its offer, including Ford-based campers with a very attractive design. Thanks to this, we will be able to offer our customers vehicles for everyone, from small campervans, through semi-integrated chassis, both manual and automatic, to full integration, including the sensational Adria Supersonic on a Mercedes chassis. The same wide selection of models applies to trailers, from the small 750 kg Adria Aviva Lite trailer to the unrivaled queen of trailers, Adria Astella - praises the Adria offer, the Sales Director Elcampu - Bartłomiej Budek.

Elcamp announces that the end of cooperation with the EHG Group does not mean the end of care for customers who purchased Hymer and Burstner products from them. "We will continue to provide service and support to all our existing customers, providing them with a full range of service and after-sales services. In accordance with the agreement concluded with EHG, we have service authorization for another two years," Elcamp assures.
