First of all, the maximum number of people who can stay at the campsite at one time has been reduced by 20%. Fewer people mean more space for everyone. In addition, contact with staff will be limited to a minimum. Valamar introduces simple and quick online check-in and check-out via the Valamar website or myValamar app. The number of users will be monitored on an ongoing basis.

The new standard of services will also apply to mobile homes, pitches and glamping tents. The employees carefully prepare the premises for the arrival of guests, and upon arrival the "100% privacy - no entry" rule will be applied throughout the stay. Of course, if guests need anything, the staff is at their disposal.

Shopping? No problem! At Valfresco Direkt, Valamar's online store, you can order local ingredients and freshly prepared dishes directly to your pitch or cottage. If you want, you can use stationary stores or bakeries. Thanks to the application of specific health and safety and hygiene recommendations, they are completely safe. Employees who come into contact with food, whether in stores or in restaurants and bars, have undergone special safety training conducted by the Croatian authorities.

Fewer people will be able to stay in and around the pools, but they guarantee that there will be a free sun lounger for everyone! A table in a restaurant? No problem, just reserve your place in advance by phone or using the MyValamar application. The terraces of catering facilities (with wonderful views) have been redesigned so that everyone can feel completely comfortable and maintain a safe distance from other guests.

What about using sports, SPA and animation zones? Thanks to the system of advance reservation of time slots and limiting the number of participants, everything will be safe!

Of course, the highest level of rigor has been introduced in maintaining cleanliness and disinfecting common facilities as well as pitches, tents and cottages after each guest stay. The entire area will be cleaned on an ongoing basis using appropriate agents, and all hygiene and health procedures are adapted to the recommendations of the WHO, European and national authorities.
