Eriba Nova Light - common sense above all

Among the Eriba caravans, the Nova Light model is in the middle of the pack. This caravan isn't the biggest, it's not the most luxurious, but it's not the cheapest either. Perhaps it is a good compromise in terms of price and comfort.

Compact on the outside - comfortable inside, this is how the German manufacturer advertises this caravan. Despite the fact that Nova Light is approx. 6 meters long, each of the four versions has four beds. The internal height is 1.98 m , which means that most people will not have to bend down when cooking, for example. The width is 2.12 m. Due to the permissible total weight of 1,200 kg (it can be increased for an additional fee, up to 1,500 kg), even a small passenger car can pull the trailer.

From the outside, the caravan looks classic. It is distinguished by round lights at the rear , located just above the lower edge of the vehicle. The roof and side walls are made of lightweight aluminum. The space between the walls and the breathable inner plywood is filled with polyurethane foam. The individual layers are joined without gaps or bridges . The same applies to the places where the roof and walls are joined. Thanks to this, the structure is not exposed to leaks

Four trailer possibilities

Eriba-Nova Light is available in four variants. Three of them measure 607 cm, with an internal length of 430 cm . A little more, 470 cm of internal length, is available to passengers of the version with a total length of 526 cm.

How are the variants different? The details. The 380 model has a double bed and two bunk beds , with the entrance door closer to the rear. In the 425 and 450 versions, both beds are double (although they are positioned differently), and the entrance door is located closer to the front.

The interior layout of the largest caravan stands out the most - the 470. Here, the door is placed closer to the rear, and at the rear there is also a seating area that can be converted into sleeping places (in other versions it is located at the front). In addition, two single beds are placed on both sides of the trailer, along the axis of the vehicle (in other models, the beds are placed across).

Caravanning without a shower

Each version has a bathroom with a toilet, sink and cabinets. Unfortunately - without a shower cubicle and so small (95x79 cm) that in order to be able to photograph it in its entirety, the producer's photographer had to take a photo from above. We can be sure that there is not much space there, but in the end we are talking about a small caravan.

The equipment includes two 13-liter clean water tanks , a 22-liter gray water tank, a 60-liter refrigerator (80-liter - at an additional cost), a 3-burner gas stove, 230 V sockets in the living room, kitchen and bathroom and heating Truma S 3004 or S 5004 (depending on the model) with automatic ignition. Eriba-Nova Light also has a compartment for two gas cylinders .

Inside, as well as outside, the caravan looks classic, but it can be liked. The pleasant interior is functional (it has many lockers and compartments), and thanks to large windows and LED lamps, passengers should not complain about the lack of light. All in all - we can count on good quality and a good standard, but without elements that could be considered unnecessary luxury.

Eriba-Nova Light costs about 18,000 in Germany. euro.
