The BusEkipa crew are three students from Radom. Anna Białek, Maciej Piechociński and Jakub Pięta were connected not only by the city they come from, but also - or perhaps most of all - by a passion for travel.

Last year, our heroes traveled by bus to 9 countries of Western Europe. Despite the student budget and many difficult moments, they remember the month-long trip as the best vacation of their lives. Their shared experiences became a great motivation for them to continue - in 2015 BusEkipa sets out to conquer the Balkans.

Where did it all start?

Holidays in 2014 were full of impressions for them. They traveled by bus through 9 countries (successively: Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Monaco and Luxembourg as well as Belgium and the Netherlands). They worked out everything themselves, without the help of any office. They did not know where they would sleep, they did not have a detailed plan of visiting the next places. Much of their journey was the so-called great spontaneity.

The monthly trip was full of exciting meetings with new people and was a school of life. Over the course of several extremely exciting weeks, they had to deal with various situations, often difficult, and they were left only on their own. They liked it so much that they are already counting down the days to the next trip - and their plan is even more intense, because it is two months old.

Around the Balkan Peninsula in 60 days

The Balkans 2015 project is based on a journey of 6 people by 1 bus and accommodation in several tents. For 2 months, visiting 13 countries. On a distance of about 9,000 kilometers. Their experiences will be captured in thousands of photos and dozens of videos, from which a film documenting the expedition will be assembled. Team members will tell you not only about the trip to the Balkans, but also about the fascinating culture and life of the inhabitants of the region.

During July and August, BusEkipa plans to travel through the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, then reach the Balkan Peninsula. The next stage of the trip is a trip to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, getting to know Montenegro, Albania, Greece and Macedonia, and then continuing the holidays in Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary.

BusEkipa - who are they?

Here are the heroes of the expedition:

Ania Białek - 3rd year student of Defense at the National Defense University in Warsaw, who has a positive attitude towards life. Energetic and joyful, passionate about traveling, fond of order and sweets.

Maciej Piechociński - spontaneous and non-conflict student of the 3rd year of Defense at the National Defense University in Warsaw. The originator of the project, apart from traveling, he is interested in motorization, forensics and cuisines from different parts of the world.

Jakub Pięta - a talkative and entertaining student of the 2nd year of film and television production at the University of the Arts London. Its aim is to make a short documentary about traveling by bus and life in the Balkans.

Katarzyna Seroczyńska - second-year student of physiotherapy at UTH in Radom, curious about the world and people. She hates boredom and nothing is impossible for her. He wants to spend his 21st birthday on the island of Zakynthos.

Finally, BusEkipa is to consist of 6 members. The search for people who want to join the expedition is still ongoing, they are not afraid of extreme conditions, but they are determined to meet the adventure that they will tell their grandchildren.

Camprest has media patronage over the Balkans 2015 project. More information can be found on the BusEkipa profile on Facebook and Instagram .
