Caravaning Warsaw Festival - a new format of a caravanning event in Warsaw in May!

On the weekend of May 14-15, at the Służewiec Horse Racing Track in Warsaw, a new cyclical caravanning event will debut, dedicated to enthusiasts of traveling, independence and exceptional emotions.

The organizers of the event are: Grupa MTP, which has been contributing to the development of the caravanning industry for years by organizing fair and congress events, and the Polish Caravanning Group, while the main partners are the Polish Motor Association, Camprest.com and Polish Caravaning. The whole event will be held under the patronage of Caravans Salon Poland.

"Caravaning Warsaw Festival is another element of building the caravanning industry by Grupa MTP. We have been operating on this market since 2012, when we prepared the first edition of the caravanning salon during the Poznań Motor Show . For ten years we have also organized several rallies and four editions of the Caravans Salon Poland fair. Thus, the time has come for a new challenge, which will be the event at Toru Służewiec, the formula of which has been developed after numerous consultations with caravanningists and companies - importers, dealers, rentals and distributors of equipment and accessories. We are sure that we will provide everyone with unprecedented experiences, ” said Filip Bittner, Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP.

CWF is a comprehensive event addressed to all fans and enthusiasts of motorhomes and caravans. During the May weekend in Toruń Służewiec, participants will be able to:

- See the latest campers and caravans in the EXPO zone, where leading dealers will present their offer

- Visit the RENT YOUR CAMPER zone (rental shops) - and plan your vacation or trip in a camper or with a caravan

- Participate both as an exhibitor and a buyer in the EXCHANGE zone of used trailers, campers and accessories

- Take part in a CARAVANING RALLY

- See the HORSE RACING at Służewiec Racetrack

- Meet travelers and interesting personalities in the MEETING ZONE

Let's meet outdoors

The event will have an outdoor and festival character, creating a unique place for the integration of the caravanning community with industry fairs, giving countless opportunities to infect new people with a passion for caravanning.

It will be a kind of combination of the caravanning environment integration with industry fairs.

“The event also meets the expectations of the companies that signed an agreement last year in which they expect two professional, large events - in autumn in Poznań and in spring in Warsaw. We are sure that the proposed solution will be adopted permanently and will be fixed points in the calendar of all caravanning enthusiasts ” adds Wawrzyniak.
