International Caravanning Fair Warsaw 2026 – Camper Caravan Show

The Camper Caravan Show 2026 , one of the most important events for the caravanning industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, will take place at the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw from April 24–26, 2026. The show combines the presentation of the latest campers and caravans with an extensive program of events that attracts both professionals and travel enthusiasts.

One of the highlights of the program will be the Camper Festival , which attracts a community of travelers and caravanning artists. Road life practitioners and authors of popular travel projects will take the stage to share their experiences gained from trips across Europe and the world. Presentations will focus on specific topics, such as starting camper life, route planning, budgeting, and operating off-grid.

The program will include lectures on topics such as: "Vanlife Without Secrets – How to Start a Campervan Journey," "Europe by Campervan – Proven Routes and Stops," "Off-Grid Living – Independence While Traveling," and "How Much Does Living in a Campervan Cost?" The presentations will be led by creators and travelers active in the caravanning community, who document their trips and share their knowledge with online audiences and the travel community.

The event program is complemented by presentations of market launches, meetings with experts, and networking spaces that enable direct contact with the industry and the exchange of experiences. The Camper Caravan Show is not only a trade fair but also a place of inspiration for those planning their own trips and developing their caravanning business.

An additional attraction for visitors will be a competition held during the fair , with daily prize draws. The scale of the event confirms its growing importance. The previous edition attracted over 30,000 visitors , and nearly 180 exhibitors presented their products on a 50,000 m² area, making it one of the largest caravanning events in this part of Europe.
