MOHO - small houses with great opportunities

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in interest in mobile homes - in fact, directly proportional to the boom in the caravanning industry. The interest in plots has also increased - in fact, in every piece of land on which such a house could be erected. According to the regulations in force so far, buildings of this type with an area of up to 35 m2 do not require a building permit, but only a notification. This facilitates formalities, and providing electricity, water and sewage / septic tanks gives us an unlimited sense of freedom. Many transport companies have specialized in transport and their assembly, so also this aspect is not a big challenge at present. Companies offering container houses, prefabricated houses, made of panels and budget frame structures began to appear like mushrooms after the rain. In addition to economic solutions, there are several companies in the industry that stand out due to their above-average design and impeccable quality of workmanship. Modular house of the future

The futuristic, Scandinavian-inspired design looks attractive from the outside. The body is slim and makes an elegant impression, and numerous glazings give it lightness. The materials and colors used bring the whole thing closer to nature, allowing one to "blend in" with it. From the outside, the finish may be elegant and warm thermowood, a bit more industrial sheet metal, or a durable cement board. The standard proposal of a house with a living space is 10 x 3.5 m, which gives us an area of approx. 27.3 sq m inside. This is roughly the same as the size of a studio apartment. The designers of the MOHO cottage, however, have included a comfortable living room with an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet and washbasin, and from 1 to 2 bedrooms with different bed and wardrobe layouts. The interior is inspired by Japanese minimalism, which allows for an effective and functional arrangement of small spaces.

Individual customer needs

The choice of colors, materials and equipment, as well as the possibility of modification are the main advantages of the manufacturer's philosophy. Not only that - the structure is really modular, which means it allows for easy horizontal and vertical expansion. In this way, you can create additional residential, office or recreational space according to your needs (more about building block variants below). MOHO is not an object with one specific purpose. We can decide on the location of each partition wall, window, type of installation and even type of thermal insulation - from a summer resort to an all-year-round building.

Fast delivery and a wide selection of designs

One of the main advantages of MOHO is the lead time - while for many manufacturers the lead times are even several months, here we are dealing with a short production period - up to 90 days from ordering, according to the declaration. Transport and assembly are performed by the supplier, and all work and scope of delivery are covered by a quality guarantee.
The models, apart from the Scandinavian design, also refer to the geography of this region - and so the basic Gotland model is available in a 10x3.5 shape. Another one in the manufacturer's model range is Fjord - we can choose from 10x3.5 m (approx. 27 m2 of usable area), 12x4 m (39 m2 of usable area) and 14x4 m (46 m2 of usable area). Depending on the version, both of the above models have gable roofs with different angles of inclination (28-38 degrees). The manufacturer has announced the launch of two more models in the near future - Bergen with a gable roof and Hannover with a flat roof. The latter will actually show the potential of modular technology in a vertical and horizontal layout.
