Since 2006, the beaches around San Vincenzo have received the international "Blue Flag" certificate every year, which is awarded only to those bathing sites that meet the highest environmental and safety criteria.

The main buildings of San Vincenzo are concentrated along the beaches. They are mainly dominated by holiday apartments, summer residences and hotels. The central street of the town is closed to car traffic. There are bars and restaurants next to it. An underground car park has been built right next to it, with alleys and scenic routes from which you can admire the yacht port .
