Outwell is a Danish brand that specializes in the camping industry, and to be more precise, it has products with its logo that can be especially useful when camping. We searched the company's offer to see what interesting it has to offer us, picky users.
Is that a lamp?
It looks like a designer, industrial lamp, but is something else. This "lamp" is primarily a 700 W heater. It can be successfully hung in the garden or in the vestibule.
Equipped with a halogen heater, the Etna heater unfortunately requires access to a 230 V socket. The advantages of the device are that it heats up quickly and gives odorless heat. Importantly, Etna can be used both outside and inside, so it can also work on a porch or in a large tent.
The comparison with the lamp is not completely missed, because the radiator shines with a friendly light. On Allegro Etna it costs just over PLN 400.
Flat dishes
One of the camp's curiosities is also the Collaps Pot series. How are they different from ordinary bowls? First of all, when not in use, they can be folded almost flat , so they do not take up much space. This is a great advantage in a tent, caravan or motorhome.
Secondly, they are resistant to high temperatures , so you can heat food in them. Third - they are very light and have silicone lids. Folding sides are also made of silicone. The bottom and elements exposed to high temperatures or damage are made of stainless steel.
Collaps Pot is dishwasher safe. There are also bowls made entirely of silicone. The cheapest versions can be purchased for about PLN 40 .
Outwell kettles have exactly the same structure as the bowls (aluminum and silicone). The 1.5 liter kettle can be folded almost flat by pushing the top into the base. Price? 175 PLN.
Cold backpack
The company's offer includes many more attractions for campers. Although it has several types of portable refrigerators on sale, low-temperature food storage bags caught our attention.
Take, for example, a Cooltime in size S. It looks like a sporty, carry-on bag. But inside, we can pack 10 liters of fresh food, which should be stored in the refrigerator. Isothermal bags are available in 20-, 30- and even 50-liter versions. We will buy the smallest one in Poland for about PLN 90.
A cart that grows
An interesting solution are also various types of folding transporters . We like the one that can be folded almost flat, so it does not take up much space. And when we unfold it, we get a 4-wheel trolley into which we can put items weighing up to 80 kg !
It can be a great help at the campsite, if we find a place to camp at a distance from the place where our vehicle is parked, and we would like to transport food, a blanket and other gadgets to the place of rest.
Unfortunately, in the case of this facility, the price may put you off a bit. The transporter costs over PLN 600 .
