Bourtange was born slowly - over 150 years. Today, this small Dutch town located in the immediate vicinity of the German border is a huge tourist attraction, and attracts with its history and architecture. It is a fortress city. Bourtange is located in the eastern part of the Netherlands, in the province of Groningen. They are built on a star plan, which makes them exceptionally beautiful from a bird's eye view. In the past, his main task was to control the route leading from the provinces to the western border of Germany, then under Spanish rule. The trail ran along a sand embankment that had been built between the swamps.

For a better equipped Sprite Cruzer trailer you need to spend at least 20.5 thousand. euro. However, we are talking about the 460 version, the length of which - without the drawbar - is 440 cm. Apart from it, four other variants are available, and the top version of the 495 SR (560 cm long) costs 22.5 thousand as standard. euro .

Thousands of tourists come to Poprad every year. They are attracted both by the great location - the city is the most important communication junction for people visiting the region in the eastern part of Slovakia - and the famous water park Aquacity Poprad. I must admit that Poprad cannot compete with its beauty with the tourist pearls of Slovakia. On the other hand, it is not strictly a holiday resort, so it should not be required to attract attention with its appearance. Its architecture is dominated by contemporary concrete blocks of flats. The background adds charm to it - Poprad is situated by the magnificent Tatra Mountains. Beautiful mountain peaks, picturesquely snow-capped, are dignified above the city, contrasting with the prose of gray, slightly sad blocks. The mountains can be seen from every point of Poprad.

Each passion inevitably involves certain expenses that we have to incur in its implementation. It is no different in the case of caravanning - regardless of whether we rent or use our own equipment . The cost level is of course incomparably higher for campers. Their service, ongoing repairs and maintenance consume more funds. The lion's share is generated by professional service of the drive unit - the number of breakdowns and fuel consumption largely depend on its condition. At least for this reason, we should pay special attention to it - even the color of the exhaust gas will reveal a lot of valuable information about the condition of the engine.

What does the color of the exhaust fumes portend?

There are few places like Texel - allowing you to relax in nature, away from everything. Where wild rabbits live, and sheep and cows graze on green meadows. Where pheasants walk dignified. Texel is part of the West Frisian Islands and is separated from the Netherlands by the Wadden Sea. As it is the largest island in the archipelago and the closest to the mainland, tourists like it the most. The other main islands (Schiermonnikoog, Ameland, Terschelling and Vlieland) are less crowded and noisy due to the difficulty of access. Ferries arrive there, but the cost of such a trip can discourage many.

If the vehicle is used not only for traveling and overnight, but also during the day, e.g. on a campsite, it is difficult to imagine a hot day without a bit of shade. In fact, the awning is useful in many situations. First of all, it provides shade, but also works well as a roof in less favorable weather. As it is quite a delicate product, it should not be used during a storm, but it can protect us from light gusts of wind or light rain (especially in combination with the vestibule).

What else does this country steeped in Turkish and Greek influences offer?. Cyprus is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, located off the coast of Turkey, Syria and Lebanon. The north of the island is "Turkish" and the south is "Greek". It is the south of the country that is well connected by air with most European capitals. We can only reach Cyprus by plane, unless we plan to travel from Turkey. Ferries run from there to the northern part of the country.

For an avid enthusiast of caravanning, mid-range and compact class wagons often turn out to be too small. Relatively low ground clearance and too small luggage capacity do not make them our favorites. Passenger buses are definitely the best choice for towing a trailer or for the pursuit of travel passions. In addition to the very popular Volkswagen Transporter in various versions (Multivan, Caravele), we also have a choice of Renault Trafica. Last year, the third version of the French special-purpose car went on sale, of course, we are most interested in the passenger variants.

In the evenings, integration blooms on the beach in Kokkino Nero. Some are looking forward to parties and dancing, others want to have a quiet dinner in one of the taverns. Greece tastes of watermelon and wine poured from a plastic barrel. Kokkino Nero may not be the most famous tourist destination of the Olympic Riviera, but it is undoubtedly a cult destination among young people, especially students. It is located in Greece, in the Thermaic Bay, about 80 km from Paralia Katerinis, the pearl of this part of the region.

When traveling around Wieluń , you can get the impression that this area is little known to caravanning enthusiasts, which is a pity, because they have a lot to offer and hide a lot of tourism potential, which is just about to develop. After studying a few guides, reading all available forum threads and calculating the route, we decided to choose these areas for the long weekend in June. At the beginning, positive: Wieluń has one of the best organized interactive maps I have ever seen - I strongly encourage you to explore it (the staff requires a bit of practice, but it's worth it!) And writing down the exact coordinates of all the attractions you want to see (they are detailed there). We did not do it and we regret it, because we did not manage to see half of the planned attractions, but more on that in a moment ...

There are many specialized companies operating on the European caravanning market. Thanks to that, as customers, we have a huge choice: in terms of design, price, quality and many others. In addition to extremely popular brands such as Hobby and Knaus, we also find less known manufacturers. Their offer is also worth getting interested in. In the shadow of market leaders, Forster has been creating its vehicles for many years - the German company does not have a wide range of models. Nevertheless, the Teilintegriete model can easily appeal to the tastes of sensible customers who focus on functionality and mobility . Like other similar designs, it was based on the chassis of Fiat Ducato , the undisputed leader of camping bodies. In terms of appearance, the German camper does not differ from competitors of a similar size. The windows, slightly protruding beyond the outline of the building development, were additionally darkened , as well as the skylight. The individual stickers for the manufacturer should also be mentioned.

Since alarm systems are installed in houses and apartments, there are no obstacles to use the alarm also in motorhomes or caravans. Trineo Move is a system developed by a Polish company based in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia.
