Neo Traveler - a Pole with ambitions

It is not the first time that we are writing about the Polish motorhome Neo-Traveler . However, expanding the model range to three Voyager and one Explorer is an opportunity to take a closer look at each of them.

Currently, we can choose the Voyager X, Voyager Y and Voyager Z models. Similar names suggest a great similarity, and indeed, in each case we are dealing with a Fiat Ducato L4H3 delivery van (or a twin Peugeot or Citroen car), transformed into a comfortable vehicle for traveling . The differences are mainly limited to the interior design.

Voyager X

What distinguishes this model is the bathroom (toilet with shower) located in the rear part of the body , adjacent to the double bed. There is also a stainless steel washbasin in the sleeping area, but it is not separated by a door. However, we can separate the entire bedroom and bathroom part from the living area, with the kitchen and dining room.

In the saloon, the driver and passenger seats can be turned towards the interior. An additional, double bed is placed under the ceiling - but it is not folded down, but unfolded in such a way that it joins the shelf above the cab.

However, the top bed is not standard. In the basic version, however, we have guaranteed elements such as a two-burner stove, two 230V sockets (in the kitchen and bathroom), a 12V socket in the dining room, a Dometic compressor refrigerator (80 liters), air heating with a Truma Combi 4 boiler , control panel, wardrobe, chemical toilet (19 liters), clean water tank (100 liters) and gray water tank (130 liters).

For an additional fee, we can have, among others additional sockets, heaters, roof air conditioning, reversing camera, external shower connection , and even a bed for a fifth and sixth person converted from furniture in the dining room.

Voyager Y and Z

The remaining models do not differ significantly in terms of equipment. The advantage of the Y model over the X model is that where in the X model we have a toilet with a shower, in the Y version we have only a shower. The toilet with a washbasin is located opposite the kitchen, in an additional, closed room. The toilet was therefore "led out" outside the bedroom .

Another solution was chosen for the Z model. There are twin beds in the rear of the vehicle and a larger bathroom opposite the kitchen. This time , the bathroom has both a toilet and a shower with a washbasin . However, the layout is more comfortable than in the X. WZ model, the shower stall is located to the side of the chemical toilet, while in the X the shower tray is under the legs of the seated.

The price of the selected body (without a car) with basic equipment is 22,250 euro net.

Explorer

It is also worth mentioning the new Explorer model, based on the shorter Fiat Ducato L3H3 . It is a body based on the Voyager X model. However, the original rear wing doors and the standard roof have been retained in the Explorer model.

The price of the Explorer body is PLN 20,000. euro.
