They add indispensable pickles to every meal (especially meat ones) - savanyúság , which they can prepare with absolutely anything. And, of course, wine , which is drunk in reasonable quantities in this country. Delicious and strong Egri Bikaver , literally "bull's blood", is a Hungarian specialty and a unique wine - it is said that with its help a certain Hungarian girl escaped from the hands of the nefarious Sultan... Slightly sweet Tokaj , in turn, is a wine loved by all the powerful of this world, who visited Hungary - from Louis XIV, through Beethoven, to Napoleon III and Tsar Peter the Great. It is worth joining such an excellent group of experts on this unique drink.
