If you want to book a campsite in northern Croatia, Lycko-Seine County is a very good choice if you want to be close to the main natural attractions. It is here that the Plitvice Lakes, famous for their beautiful waterfalls, are located. There are also many other noteworthy natural parks: North Velebit National Park, Hajdučki and Rožanski Reserve, and Grabovača Cave Park.
Lika-Senska County is also a cultural and educational center. In the town of Smiljan, where Nikola Tesla was born, there is a museum with an educational center dedicated to this famous inventor, the Lika Museum in Gospić keeps the largest ethnological collection in the entire region, and Senj is a unique phenomenon, a city-museum with many sacred monuments and the City Museum.
