The company recently won an award in the German Design Award 2016 competition, and previously it was awarded, among others, as part of the Red Dot Design Award. What can we expect in 2016? There will be no revolution, but it may be good, because Niesmann + Bischoff motorhomes only needed minor cosmetic procedures to make them dazzling with their beauty again. The designers of the brand have managed to give their motorhomes a characteristic "face", which definitely attracts attention, but not in a controversial way, but in a way that causes common admiration and desire. When looking at an Arto or Flair model, it's hard to suppress the urge to grab the steering wheel of such a vehicle.

In the eyes of a statistical driver, Volvo is synonymous with safety, comfort and functionality. The once angular costs, created almost from the set square, have been replaced with a new design. The first model to introduce Volvo into the new era was the S60 / V60, competing with the BMW 3 and Audi A4 for the customer. We have already presented the classic body - the S60 sedan - on Camprest.com. This time we present the V60 in the CrossCountry AWD off-road version. The most universal variation of the V60 hit the market a few months ago. The manufacturer gave it a much higher ground clearance , underbody covers and eye-catching plastic covers for wheel arches, bumpers and doors . The distinguishing feature of the CrossCountry version are especially prominent bumpers - the rear one is enriched with a meaningful inscription with the model name.

Imagine a frosty evening and the wind howling outside the window, while we, safely hidden from the cold, drink hot chocolate. It not only warms you up quickly, but also puts you in a good mood, especially if it's Swiss chocolate. Versoix is a Swiss resort located near Geneva, famous for its chocolate factory. Thermophilic people will probably not like it - every few years this part of Lake Geneva's coast (right bank) is taken over by a strong wind. Like the breath of the Snow Queen, it blows everything it encounters on its way, creating unusual shapes in the ice and stopping time. The sight of frosty streets and objects is beautiful, but some people prefer to see it only in photos while drinking chocolate and sitting under a warm blanket.

Kroměříž is one of the most beautiful cities in the Czech Republic. Located in Moravia, in the area of eastern Moravia, although small, it has so many attractions that it would be enough for a few larger centers. Christian priests were supposed to serve and lead others while remaining humble and poor. The bishops of Olomouc certainly did not follow this principle when they founded Kroměříž in the 13th century. From the very beginning, the huge, monumental summer residence, which was slowly being built, was to be a reflection of their wealth and strength. In Kromeriz itself, there are also buildings that are far from modest and austere. But it is this splendor and momentum of the episcopal city that attracts tourists today.

Perhaps you dream of a car that would combine the capabilities of an off-road vehicle and a motorhome. But I can bet you didn't take the Mercedes Vito into account! After all, the Vito has been available with all-wheel drive for almost a year now. The Mercedes Vito version with all-wheel drive does not stand out with chrome piping or other spectacular additions that would expose its off-road drive. The Vito 4x4 can look like a regular delivery van, a passenger / delivery van (Mixto) or a van (Tourer). And each of these body variants can have four-wheel drive!.

In the West-Friesland region, in the province of North Holland, we find a town called Enkhuizen. It is the most popular port in the northern part of the IJsselmeer, the largest lake in the Netherlands. In the past, the main industry of Enkhuizen was fishing, now - tourism. In summer, ferries run regularly between it and the towns of Urk and Stavoren, and thanks to rail connections, the resort is well connected with, among others, with Amsterdam. Agriculture still plays an important role in it, especially the cultivation of ornamental flowers.

It was here that the dreamers were last seen wanting to ascend to heaven like Icarus. Did the sea beat them stubbornly on the chalk rock? Did you not have enough strength to face the ocean wind?. Étretat is a nice, small town that we can visit while passing through the French department of Seine-Martime. It is situated on the English Channel, on the Alabaster Coast (Côte d'Albâtre). The Seine-Martime region is particularly picturesque. The chalk cliffs, which give the coast its poetic name, have been attracting tourists for years. They create jagged cliffs that cut into the sea sharply, and at high tide they fight it fiercely. In turn, the outflow reveals the beach, from which you can perfectly see the rock formations most often captured in the pictures - the arch named Falaise d'Amont and the aggressively protruding headland, Falaise d'Aval . The latter is somewhat reminiscent of a French schoolgirl who, half-timidly, half-coquettishly, soaks her foot in water.

Our forest path was mostly blocked by machines transporting wood from the forest after felling, so the idea of pushing the bus onto the asphalt turned out to be not quite as simple as we thought at first. The devised plan was to push the bus, and at the same time position it so that we could push it efficiently and land on the asphalt, and then use the falling terrain to turn around and roll down... As there was no power steering and the AT/R tires required the use of significant strength to get out of the way, I sat behind the wheel, and Daniel and Łukasz tried to push me out. The first push was effective, we drove about a meter, then we fell into a rut and got stuck again, the wet clay made it impossible to push properly. We dug up the mogul, as the bus was initially pointed in the right direction, so I switched places with Dominika and we tried to push the three of us, but it didn't help. In the meantime, while the boys continued to have fun digging up the mogul, I took care of our safety... I set up a warning triangle on the roadside and equipped the rest with reflective vests. Asia's task was to drive around the triangle so that oncoming drivers would slow down a bit, especially since we were hard to see from behind the bushes and the Romanian drivers were not on their toes. We managed to push the bus again and stop a meter before the ditch so as to have a chance to run through it. To make things easier, we lined the ditch with pieces of wood collected after cutting down and stones, and additionally put a board on top, which I threw into the car just before leaving home in case we got buried somewhere and needed to put something under it... it's a pity I had only one. It was time for the final push, but Tripciak refused to budge. In the meantime, a truck passed us at high speed, not caring about the triangle or Asia standing by the road, and an Italian driving behind the truck ran over a warning triangle placed on the road with his Alfa, making a fuss from behind the rolled-down window for running over our triangle. What a guy. Well, at least a nice elderly couple saw what was going on and stopped and tried to help us get out of trouble. This time, the four of us managed to get the bus moving, but when the wheel hit the board, it moved and we ended up in the ditch again. Extra. Now the bus was impossible to move without the help of a rope. However, I didn't really like the way we were supposed to woo Tripciak. Pulling it straight was out of the question, because there would certainly be a driver of the Romanian bomber who, despite attempts to temporarily stop the traffic, would try to cut the rope stretched between the cars. Seeing our struggles, a small truck stopped and a young team of boys jumped out of it. Our newly met grandpa who was helping us explained in Romanian what it was all about, so the guys didn't wait and started working right away. They attached a steel rope and pulled Tripciak across the ditch at a 90-degree angle at full speed, without asking them to do it slowly enough. It hurts my eyes, but we managed to get onto the asphalt, the fact that they pulled us in the wrong direction, despite explaining how to do it. A quick handshake and everyone went their separate ways, and we stayed on the road. As it was downhill, I rolled backwards into the corner for a bit, making a slight U-turn, and Daniel and Łukasz, waiting for the right moment, when no one was coming from either side, pushed me forward and I was facing the direction of travel. All that's left is to roll down a few hundred meters and wonder what's next?! First, Daniel dismantled the bowl to see the level of damage. The hole was huge, impossible to patch, and there were two cracks from the impact deep into the bowl. At first, there was an idea to find a piece of steel or sheet metal and stick it on silicone from the inside of the bowl, but such a solution would probably only work for a while, and we would lose our supply of oil, of which we only had 2.5 liters anyway.

Busik Po Bezdrożach - part III. We start our trip to the mountains with a walk around the stands to buy a map of Fogarasha. We manage to find one for 18RON, unfortunately, apart from the marked routes, there is nothing else, we were especially troubled by the lack of transition times, which were not even on the trail. Before leaving, I tried to find some information about the ascent of Moldoveanu. On one of the blogs I read that the trip back and forth takes about 3 days, google maps showed less than 4 hours, and rescuers at the shelter stated that it was about 10 hours of hiking, in one of the mountain magazines that Asia took with her they also wrote about a 3-day trip expedition, so we took this time. It's not a problem for us, we have tents and a rolling pin, you can go. However, we only had 2 days to reach the highest peak in Romania. The first ascent and the only signpost with the given time (1h) led to the pass above the shelter, the ascent was quite steep and rocky, sometimes very slippery, but as it was one of the attractions on the Transfogarska route, Sunday tourists climbing in white sneakers could not be missing there , bootki or flip-flops. I thought that such views are only with us. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the first hiking point. At the top, Dominika remembered that she had forgotten to take the tablets from the car without which she could not go any further. Well, it was late, not a long time, and a long way to go. I left my backpack and decided to go get it, because it will be faster this way. I treated myself to skyrunning training, I ran down the hill quite quickly, I took what I needed and I had to try again ... I turned the whole thing in 50 minutes. I felt my thighs and calves mercifully, what my heart loves, but Dominika's legs hated it: P Fortunately, as a reward at the top there was a chunk of bread with chocolate cream and a kiss. We threw the backpacks on our backs again and moved on. After a while all the tourists on Sunday disappeared and the trail became almost empty. We were surrounded by more and more beautiful views, but the trail was becoming more and more demanding, from steep, almost vertical descents to similar entrances, chains began to appear. There are no signposts, but only once in a while there is a trail marking that is faded from the sun or washed away by rain. Daniel wondered how Barry would manage in the mountains. However, Barry is not an ordinary mongrel, but rather a mountain goat mixed with a pooch. I have never seen (even in movies) that a dog could cope with the rocks so well, he would easily climb to Rysy, and Orla Perć would not be scary for him if he could enter the TPN; D.

Segways, gyrocycles and e-scooters allow you to travel short distances without causing fatigue. And although they are most often used by employees of shopping centers, they can turn out to be a convenient means of transport for everyone, e.g. during a stop at a large campsite. These vehicles have not yet received one common name, despite the fact that they have a lot in common. Most of them have an electric drive, are intended for one user and allow for short-distance driving, usually at a maximum speed of approx. 20 km / h. They all seem to be an alternative not so much to a bicycle or a scooter, but to walking. So they can be especially useful where you do not want to tire your legs back and forth.

If someone would like to see lilies of the valley not as small, timid flowers, but trees, he should get to know laurel forests. They grow up over La Gomera, an island where people communicate by whistling. La Gomera is one of the most beautiful sisters of the Canary Islands archipelago. You can get there by ferry from Tenerife, and there are three bus lines (four times a day) on the island itself. Lovers of long walks will love it - there are dozens of km of trails and over 30 viewpoints to climb.

You've just arrived on your dream vacation. You have hardly squeezed your caravan or motorhome into the last free space. The campsite is situated in a charming place, not far from the city ... But exactly - does it mean that you will have to walk even for small purchases?. If there is no shop at the campsite or in the immediate vicinity, you have two basic solutions to choose from. The first is daily walks to the city. Sure you can walk once or twice, but imagine you have to walk the same way back and forth every day for 2 or 3 weeks. The second way out is also not convenient. Each time driving a motorhome, maneuvering around the city and trying to park it in front of the store is also not taken into account.
