The largest Croatian island with a name that sounds to the Polish ear is very exotic and tempts for many reasons. However, for lovers of CAMPING the biggest attraction is the possibility of reaching the island ... by a CAMPER. Like several other islands in the Adriatic, Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge. You have to pay for the ride through the 1,430-meter-long Krcki Bridge, but what you will see on the island is worth the price. It is nicknamed the Golden Island for a reason. The fabulously illuminated colors of the local beaches at sunset, the color of ripe honey and olive oil along with stunning karst phenomena - these three elements together create the local colors. Inside the island you will find fertile fields with picturesque olive groves, and the coast with a coastline of more than 219 kilometers is dotted with pebble beaches and numerous picturesque bays. It is easy to reach KRK by CAMPER and it will take you only a few hours. It is 382 km from Split, 172 km from Zagreb and 53 km from Rijeka.

Until recently, living in a car or trailer seemed above all a great way to explore the world. Currently, however, there are ideas linking the house on wheels with completely different ideas ... Two friends from Even Yehuda in Israel came up with the idea of solving the housing problem in their country. Tali Szaul - psychotherapist and Hagit Morevski - dealing with, inter alia, water treatment, they decided to adapt an old bus for a house. The idea struck them so interesting that within a few days of the first conversation on this subject, they ended up in a junkyard, where they bought an old city bus. The vehicle was hardly drivable, but that's not the point. The idea of women was to use dozens, hundreds or even thousands of used vehicles in a practical way, transforming them into quite comfortable and cheap places to live. Their initiative was to draw attention to this idea.

Looking at the pictures of this house, you get the impression that it is a funny, colorful toy. Only a look at the buildings in the background makes us realize how big this car is. It is a really large house, divided into two apartments - for parents and their children. The erection of such a building was not easy for many reasons. First, it was necessary to obtain approval for the implementation of such a bold architectural vision. Secondly, the entire building had to comply with the construction law. Thirdly, the author of this work wanted to create an object not only visually interesting, but also having good insulation and an effective heating system, which is quite a challenge.

There are many tiny, even microscopic places in the world famous for their enormous (literally and figuratively) attractions. Gas, coal or maybe electric? What grill to buy, how much to spend on it and what to expect? Making the right decision is not so easy - the purchase should be carefully thought out. What to consider when buying a grill? The price, type of fuel, speed of grilling or maybe the aroma and taste of the dishes obtained on it? Contrary to appearances, these are not such easy questions as experienced grilling enthusiasts may think. Which grill we choose depends on several factors. If the price is one of the most important for us, the question is whether we plan to grill often or occasionally. At first glance, charcoal grills are cheaper than gas grills , but after reasonable bills it may turn out otherwise. The first option (frequent and intensive grilling) with a charcoal grill will quickly cease to be so profitable, because coal is a more expensive fuel than gas and we will use more of it, and therefore we will spend more. In this case, it will be more advantageous to buy a gas grill, which will prove to be more economical in the long run.
