On Friday, April 25, Grzegorz Sroka and Artur Samborski left Wawel for an extraordinary journey - around Poland in 10 days. And it would not be a great feat if it were not for the fact that they want to do it while driving the Syrena 105 towing a trailer from Niewiadow. The 105L Syrena comes from 1976. The Polish caravan from Niewiadów attached to it is younger. Comparing it with the age of the Syrena, it was produced quite recently, in ... 1986. Two automotive enthusiasts decided to prove that such a set can drive 3,000. km in 1.5 weeks. They set off on tour early in the morning on April 25, and planned their return to Krakow on May 4.

On the European continent, and more specifically in Croatia, we find mountain passes stretching above the cloud line. Driving them provides an amazing experience, and the farther, the more beautiful. When you go down the serpentines meandering around the mountains and in the mountains themselves, there is a vastness of azure water interspersed with small, charming islands in front of your eyes.

May weekend on the island of Korcula

The Automobilklub Mysłowicki Association invites all lovers of camping and caravanning tourism to participate in a unique event - in the National May Day Caravanning Rally "JAWORKI". The honorary patronage over the event was taken by the Starost of the Chrzanów Poviat - Adam Potocki and the Mayor of the City of Chrzanów - Ryszard Kosowski. From 16 to 18 May 2014, crews from all over the country will visit the Basen-Kąty recreation center in Chrzanów . It will be a great opportunity not only to learn more about the history and monuments of the Lesser Poland region (including a trip to the Będkowska Valley) but, above all, to find time for the May barbecue and rest with friends.

Although motorhomes of various price classes and ranges were assessed, the title of the best Camping Car of the Year 2014 was won by the relatively small, semi-integrated Rapido 640 model. Ordinary cars have their plebiscites - e.g. Car of The Year, and unusual cars, e.g. campers, theirs. Two British magazines - "Motorcaravan Motorhome Monthly" (MMM) and "Which Motorhome?" have joined forces to jointly announce the winners of the Motorhome of the Year Awards 2014. Four vehicles were nominated in each of the nine categories, which were then assessed by the jurors. Here are the final results of the vote.

Holidays in the Cretan resort of Rethymno involve long walks along the seaside promenade, admiring the panorama of the city from the Venetian fortress and palaces with decorated portals. We also visited other stands available as part of the Motor Show 2014 to find vehicles that can be useful during active recreation. Volkswagen unveiled the T5 California Beach model once again. Probably because this car always arouses great interest of visitors. The model shown this year not only had a fold-up fabric roof under which you can arrange an overnight stay, but also a four-bike carrier mounted on the tailgate. The model on display is equipped with a 2.0-liter BiTDI engine producing 180 hp, mated to a 7-speed gearbox.
