The ski season is in full swing, so we tell you where to go skiing - not only with a camper . This is the second part of our guide - this time we focused on winter camping in Italy. Italy is a country beloved by Poles, both in summer and winter. This is no wonder, because it has to offer not only wonderful monuments, but also breathtaking landscapes and an inexhaustible wealth of nature in every form. The sea, forests, lakes and of course mountains. There are plenty of ski regions here, with lots of snow and excellent infrastructure, which attracts organizers of numerous sports competitions and thousands of tourists.

Istria is the largest Adriatic peninsula, located in the northwest of Croatia. This region is very popular with tourists. They are attracted by the Mediterranean climate, sandy beaches and picturesque towns. Istria is also a land famous for truffles and fine wine. The Istrian peninsula is beautifully landscaped with olive groves, vineyards, azure coast and pine forests. To this should be added romantic towns that tell an extremely rich history of the region, dating back to the Roman Empire. Istria is a place where we can taste exquisite wine and try a rare and most expensive delicacy in the world - truffles .

Beautiful like Venice, smart like Bologna - what city and where do they say so? Such sayings circulate in the Veneto region (Veneto), and refer to Padua, picturesquely situated on the Bacchiglione River, in the Po plain, in north-eastern Italy. Thanks to its location, Padua is a great starting point for exploring the attractions of the region. Famous Venice, the city of gondolas, is 40 km away, so you can easily go on a day trip to the capital of Veneto . But Padua itself is unlikely to bore anyone. It is an old center (founded in the 4th century BC), during its long history it has experienced severe damage several times, being an independent republic, attacks by the French and Austrians, and finally joining the Kingdom of Italy. Many traces of a turbulent past remain in it. The patron saint of the city is St. Justyna, the most eminent virgin of Padua. A chapel was built on her grave, and then a church. In the 16th century, as a result of an earthquake, the temple was completely destroyed. In the following years, the monumental building Basilica di Santa Giustina , which is today a symbol of Padua, was erected on the ruins.

A real tourist pearl in the northern part of Germany is the magnificent region with meadows, forests and peat bogs. This is called The Lüneburger Heide (Lüneburger Heide), an area stretching between Hanover, Bremen and Hamburg, ending in the east with the Elbe line. It is crossed by numerous streams and rivers (including Ilmenau, Aller and Leine) with dozens of picturesque old mills. There are also lakes and other water reservoirs in the region, but the greatest fame of the Lüneburg Heath is caused by the moors.

Additionally, the town is surrounded on each side by the forests of the Słowiński National Park and the Spit Sarbska Reserve. This location gives Łeba a specific microclimate and is considered one of the cleanest coastal cities. Łeba is a town with a long history. The first notes about the settlement come from 1282, and in 1357 Łeba received city rights. Currently, it is a well-known and popular tourist center, which has a modern and extensive hotel and catering base . In 1998, Łeba proclaimed itself a principality , thanks to which it has its prince, a passport and a coin.

The Naples area is one of the most visited places in Italy by tourists. Mount Vesuvius and the perfectly preserved Pompeii are just a substitute for attractions waiting for vacationers who are thirsty for experience. It is also a land of grapevines, olives and apricots. The term "Happy Country", as this is the Latin name of this region (Campania felix), perfectly reflects the prevailing moods there. About 100 km south of Naples (one hour by train), in the province of Salerno on the Tyrrhenian Sea, is the town of Agropoli. It is a great idea for a holiday in Italy for people who value a quiet holiday, and for them the holiday means complete de-stressing. Agropoli has the atmosphere of a place where people enjoy life. It is famous not only for wonderful landscapes and weather, but also tempts with delicious, healthy cuisine and excellent wine. This is the land of centenarians - Sardinia is known for the fact that its inhabitants are resistant to depression and live to a ripe old age. Isn't that the perfect vacation spot?.

Lower Austria is a land of castles, monasteries, vineyards and delicious cuisine. It covers a quarter of the entire country and is visited by thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. A great option to admire its landscapes is to travel on the Danube ferry. In turn, on land you can get to know its flavors in one of the hundreds of restaurants along the Danube, enjoy the regional wine and views. And there is a lot to see. Forests and steppes, alpine meadows and lakes, valleys and mountainous landscapes - nowhere else in Europe in such a small area will we find such harmonious and yet so different landscapes. This part of Tuscany is famous for its local wines (eg Cabernet Sassicaia, Ornellaia), pebble beaches and numerous bicycle routes. It is a beautiful area located in south-eastern France, right on the border with Italy.
