Łeba - a tourist pearl at the Polish seaside
Łeba is a very picturesque town on the Baltic Sea. It owes its popularity to the remarkable location between the Łebsko and Sarbsko Lakes, at the mouth of the Łeba River to the Baltic Sea. Additionally, the town is surrounded on each side by the forests of the Słowiński National Park and the Spit Sarbska Reserve. This location gives Łeba a specific microclimate and is considered one of the cleanest coastal cities. Łeba is a town with a long history. The first notes about the settlement come from 1282, and in 1357 Łeba received city rights. Currently, it is a well-known and popular tourist center, which has a modern and extensive hotel and catering base . In 1998, Łeba proclaimed itself a principality , thanks to which it has its prince, a passport and a coin.
