The Motor Show will be held in Poznań in the first days of April. The show of the latest car models will be accompanied by many additional events that will make it really difficult to get bored. Although visitors to Poznań are still attracted primarily by car premieres (we wrote about them here: Premieres at MotorShow 2016 ), accompanying events are also becoming more and more important. The most important thing for us will, of course, be the Caravanning Salon, which will expand to three exhibition halls this year! The Camprest portal will also have its stand, and the event will, as usual, be accompanied by a Caravanning Rally.

Cheap vacation in Venice? Sounds like a joke, given the ever-rising prices of canal and gondola services in the city, the rates overwhelm the locals themselves. However, it is possible, you just have to figure it out a bit - for example, choosing to stay in Mestre. Apparently, the Venetians are not particularly fond of tourists. According to various sources, every day (and certainly during the season) as many people come to the city to live there every day. Residents complain about the crowds in public transport, and above all about the rising prices of services. It is not about the rates in restaurants or hotels, but about everyday life - the prices of food products, rent or communication. Tourists, fascinated by the beauty, climate and reputation of the resort, often do not notice how difficult the life of the Venetians is. And those who notice these inconveniences calculate the costs and more and more willingly choose not the center of Venice, but the more affordable Mestre for accommodation or dining. The food here is just as delicious, and you can buy it even several times cheaper. For comparison, you can find an espresso in Mestre for about 1 euro, while in one of the Venetian cafes - for 4 euro. It is also worth visiting delicatessen or supermarkets and doing food shopping. Local products are exceptionally delicious, always fresh and relatively inexpensive. If you feel hungry while visiting Venice , it's better to look for bars than restaurants. A good example is the Crazy Bar, which serves dishes and drinks typical of the region. Attempts to establish contact (including placing an order) in Italian will be a nice gesture in restaurants. Even nicer - the desire to learn about traditional dishes, not necessarily pizza, which, although popular, is not a local specialty at all. Certainly, the following inscriptions in front of some restaurants will catch your eye several times: "NO PIZZA". It is worth ordering a local wine, recommended by a given place ("a la casa"). Among the beers, it is worth recommending, among others Birra Veneziana Rossa.

Mestre, i.e. in Venice, does not have to be (very) expensive

Very often, when we go on vacation, we document our trip with photos. We are not always satisfied with their effects. In this article, we will try to suggest how to take better photos. This advice may seem strange or out of place, but many travelers do not take full advantage of the camera. Probably because of the convenience and fear of taking bad photos, we use full automation. We trust that the producer did everything to make the photos correct. And it probably is, but they all look the same. Our photos, friends and those from people on the Internet are identical, because they also use automation.

The Motor Show in Poznań has been the largest automotive event in Poland for many years. Last year, over 113,000 visitors saw cars, motorbikes and campers. This year it can be even better, because the exhibitors have announced some interesting premieres and a whole lot of new products. Hundreds of cars of many brands are gathered next to each other, which causes real crowds to pass through the exhibition halls every year. This year should also be interesting, the more that each of the 120 exhibitors has prepared many attractions, and the fair is accompanied by many additional events.

Venice - only for lovers!

On the occasion of the VWe Wdzydzach rally, which we went to in 2014, we went to Pępowo, where the largest private Volkswagen museum in Poland is located. The owner of the museum showed us around his collection of over 40 vintage cars. When choosing a caravan, we often have to compromise. When traveling, we would like the towed vehicle to be small and agile. But the campsite could use a little more space inside. Eric Beau seems to have found the solution!. BeauER was established quite recently, in 2012. As is usually the case, one person's problem contributed to its birth. Eric Beau dreamed of a trailer that was small but comfortable inside. And when he found that he couldn't find what he was looking for on sale, he decided to build one. The effect exceeded his wildest expectations, so the Frenchman founded a company and is now trying to make money from his trailer.

We will tell you what happened with us in 2015 and we hope to encourage you to travel. Or maybe you will come with us on a trip. The nearest one is already at the end of April - we are going to the Czechs for a rally, and then we will explore the area, Czech caves are planned. There will be a nice bunch of us, 10 buses so far. But back to the journey: MARCH 2015 in March we came to the Czechs for a rally to Podmitrov. As usual, the weather was not spoiling, but the atmosphere, as usual, was 5+, so in 2016 we already entered the rally organized by Jirka into our calendar.
