Recently, I had the opportunity to directly compare 2 small campervans, which are practically no different in terms of functionality. However, something distinguishes them. We are talking about the already iconic Volkswagen California Coast and a new brand on the Polish and European market, i.e. the Panama P10 + model. Both campers are built on short chassis versions, which do not exceed 5m, while California is not available in the longer version. Panama can be ordered according to your needs - the P10 + model with a 497 cm long chassis or the P54 model with a length of 534 cm.

Almost every tenth caravan sold in Europe comes from Adria (the overall market share is 9.5%), while motorhomes and tinsmiths from this manufacturer account for 6% of all new registrations. The total average market share of 7% is the best performance of the brand in its entire history. Adria continues to grow in strength and, as an independent entity within the Trigano Group, continues to boldly plan investments in design, innovation and quality optimization. The production capacity is used at 100%, and new production halls are planned to be opened in the first quarter of 2022 - all in order to be able to effectively respond to demand and the continued boom in the recreational vehicle market.

The caravanning industry, and especially the sale of motorhomes and caravans, is doing very well, as we all see when visiting trade fairs. Courtesy of PGC (Polska Grupa Caravaningowa), we were given some numbers that shed light on the sales structure and the origin of the vehicles. In the ranking taking into account the registrations of new motorhomes referred to as "special campers", Volkswagen is in the lead - among new vehicles, the year-on-year increase is over 100%. The overall sales structure of this brand includes a large portfolio, especially of Polish brands specializing in the construction of VW-based cars, and - of course - Volkswagen's own products with the " California " emblem, leaving the factories in Greater Poland in large numbers. However, the increase in sales of classic motorhomes is also surprising - the Roller Team or Benimar brands, as we can see, recorded cosmic increases in quantity and percentage compared to the same period of 2020.

The fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, which ended on Sunday, will surely go down in history due to the record attendance - both at strictly industry fairs and at any gathering, we have not seen such crowds yet. This year's edition had a fairly limited formula in terms of the thematic scope compared to previous editions. There were no travel fairs or fairs for boats and yachts as part of the exhibition (only Power Boats from Nieporęt presented an exhibition of motor yachts). The core of the exhibition were recreational vehicles of all kinds - visitors were welcomed by the cavernous market halls full of motorhomes, caravans, accessories and tourist articles.

Once again, the Dometic brand participated in the great industry event Camper Caravan Show, which was organized on 7-10.10 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. The manufacturer of tourist equipment and motorhome equipment organized a press conference on the first day of the fair. The special guest was Adam Klimek , whose motorhome is equipped with numerous Dometic products. The vehicle can be admired at the brand's stand throughout the duration of the event.
