Imagine beautiful coral reefs, a sandy beach and green hills crisscrossed by merrily murmuring streams. This is Tabarka, a small town on an island in the northern part of Tunisia. There is no shortage of great diving spots in Europe. However, not every one can boast of reefs so beautiful that several countries fought for them centuries ago. And it was like that (several times) in the case of the coral reefs of Tabarka, a small island in the north of Tunisia. It is covered with hills densely covered with orange, fig and olive trees. There are also cypresses, pines and cork oaks, and picturesque bays and a rocky coast complete the landscape.

What is the most fashionable ski resort in Spain? This is Baqueira-Beret, a resort where the Spanish king rests in summer, and in winter, skiers go crazy on slopes of all levels of difficulty. To ski, you don't have to be limited to Austria or Switzerland. You can also go crazy in the snow in Spain, especially when your legs will lead you to the resort considered to be the most prestigious ski resort on the Iberian Peninsula, i.e. Baqueira-Beret. It is located in the beautiful valley of Val D'Aran, in the heart of the Pyrenees. In winter, skiers from all over the country come here, while in summer the resort is visited by the king of Spain himself.

Skiing is an exciting and exhausting sport, especially when we give our best on the slopes. It is worth preparing for it - especially if we are usually not very active. What should you think about when you plan to go skiing for the first time in the season (or for the first time in your life)? Winter sports instructors warn against overloading the body, which may result in a decent soreness the next day. It should be remembered that while skiing, the muscles of the whole body work - not only the legs.

The Costa Brava has been attracting tourists with its resorts for years. The beaches are beautiful, the sand is loose and golden, and the bays are perfect for diving. Lloret de Mar has all these advantages - and much more. Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava is a popular Spanish city, known to Poles, among others, due to the quite controversial series. Hardly anyone has heard about the meat hedgehog and the adventures of their compatriots relaxing in the resort, although for many admitting it would be as embarrassing as being caught tapping to disco polo music. However, it does not change the fact that Lloret de Mar is one of the most attractive resorts on the Spanish coast and that we will meet many tourists from Poland there - not only in winter.

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands. It offers its guests loose sand from the Sahara, the possibility of watching dolphins, a trip to the stratovolcano, as well as juicy fruit and aromatic spices. Winter in Europe does not let go - unless in Poland, where it gave up already at the beginning of the season. The society has divided into those who are overjoyed that they can finally go skiing or even make a snowman with their whole family, and those who fantasize even more about holidays in warm countries. The latter can move in their mind to sunny Spain and find themselves in their imagination on the beach of Tenerife. In January, the temperature in the largest of the Canary Islands reaches around 20 degrees, so it is not hot, but it is pleasantly warm.

For some, winter is the time they would like to sleep like a bear, for others it is the time when they live more intensely than in summer, especially when they love the snow that squeaks under their boots. In winter, you can observe an increase in the number of patients of plastic clinics who undergo treatments to be beautiful for the holidays . For them, this is the time when you can transform from a duckling to a swan. Regardless of how we intend to spend the winter, it is definitely worth using this time well, and not vegetating prosaically, counting down the days to holidays.

A holiday at the Austrian lake Millstatt is a guarantee of a wonderful holiday surrounded by nature. One of the many advantages of the reservoir is easy access to the best ski resorts in Carinthia. Austria has something to tempt tourists. It hides many amazing places, one of them is the beautiful lake Millstatt (Millstätter See), the deepest lake in the country and the second largest lake in Carinthia. It covers an area of 13.3 km² and is named after the town on the northern shore. Its history is interesting – according to the legend, Saint Domitian threw many pagan figurines into the water. In Latin, "mille statuae" means "a thousand statues".

"End of the tongue for a guide" is an old saying that is still relevant today. Sometimes a request for help results in the interest of a person who does not want to help us at all. Then what?. A holiday trip abroad gives us the opportunity not only to rest and gild our skin with the rays of the sun that warms more than in Poland, but also to buy various kinds of souvenirs. We often want to buy something valuable very cheaply, which is fully understandable - just like the fact that the seller wants to earn as much as possible on the transaction. If we lack knowledge and assertiveness, we will most likely realize that we have just overpaid for a counterfeit, service or item that we did not intend to buy.

It is enough to mention the romantic Verona or Venice, famous for its kilometers winding canals and gondolas gliding through them. There are also several popular ski resorts in the area, including the glacier-linked Marmolada Cortina d'Ampezzo, Civetta and Arabba . The last resort attracts mainly advanced skiers, although on its slopes you will find easier descents, ideal for learning for adults and children.
