Campers, trailers, regattas, a music video and a concert on the beach - this and more happened during the 2nd Masurian Piekiełka during the rally in Masurian Ryn. Caravanning lifestyle enthusiasts gathered at Lake Rynskie from 6 to 9 September to say goodbye to summer together. This year's second rally was attended by 32 crews with 96 people, a large part of which were motorhome users. The organizers - Elcamp Group, Stork's Nest - School of Sailing and Motorboat Sports and Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie with the great participation of the PZM Main Caravanning Committee - provided many attractions. There was a regatta, a feast, a fire and ... shooting a music video for the Taraka band.

It was difficult and dangerous, because there were many criminals - robbers who made robbing travelers a regular source of income. In this situation, the name Yanosik for the popular GPS system sounds a bit funny - the modern "robber" not only does not steal from drivers, but also allows them to save on fines.

Caravanning gives you freedom - in a motorhome, caravan or tent, you can feel at home and at the same time be close to nature. The motto of this year's Caravan Salon is In der Welt zu Hause , meaning "at home in the world". Every year more and more people are interested in this way of active recreation, which is carefully noted by the organizers of the fair. In all cases, the word umweltfreundlich is also abbreviated, i.e. environmentally friendly - recently an extremely important trend, not only among those who adhere to the caravanning lifestyle.

Judging by the traffic statistics, it is already known that the record of interest from the public and industry representatives will be broken once again. As a mantra for 3 years, the vast majority of exhibitors have been repeating that it has not been that good yet. Are we dealing with an "blown bubble"? Are industry euphoria accompanied by anxiety? About this, as well as about the current market trends, in our subjective summary of what we have observed over the last few days.

"Enjoy home, anywhere" - this is the idea of caravanning. One of the world's largest trade fairs dedicated to this industry begins. From August 24 (press day) to September 2. you can see the current offer of mobile tourism. After the fair in Düsseldorf, you can see that campers and caravans are no longer a niche in the automotive industry. The touring vehicle market is growing year by year, which is reflected in the most important industry event. Over 600 exhibitors participate in the 57th Caravan Salon 2018 in Düsseldorf. On a huge area of 214,000 square meters, in 13 halls, you can see stands of more than 130 brands of caravans and motorhomes - a total of more than 2,100 recreational vehicles , from tiny trailers to luxury buses included in the price of the residence. The organizers expect over 200,000 visitors from all over the world.

Pearls of the automotive industry, novelties in the automotive industry, reconstruction groups, concerts and Krzysztof Ibisz - this is how you can briefly say about the MotoClassic Wrocław 2018 rally. All this in the beautiful surroundings of the Topacz Castle in the village of Ślęza near Wrocław. The weekend of August 18-19 was carried out to the rhythm of fired oldtimers, classics of the Polish People's Republic and luxurious novelties. On the castle estates, you could see over 400 cars from various eras - the Polish People's Republic Polonaise of Lieutenant Borewicz, a taxi from "Zmienników" or a familiar Toddler, historic fire and military trucks, massive SUVs, long Cadillacs, exclusive Bentleys, Ferrari and Maserati, all the way to the legendary vehicles from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries: Ford Quadricycle from 1896, Steffey from 1902, Magnat Debon 1910 or Ford model T from 1913. And this is only a fraction of what has been presented. Reconstruction groups that came in large numbers demonstrated means of transport, clothes and firefighting and military equipment. Contemporary famous brands and their most anticipated premieres this year also had their show.

When I first heard about the idea at the Caravaning Summer Show, I immediately knew it was a bull's eye. I have been associated with the Hel Peninsula for almost 20 years. I come there at least once a year and I know that it is not only a windsurfing and kitesurfing center, but also a huge group of people who spend a lot of time camping. These fairs were dedicated to them.

What's the best way to end summer or - if you prefer - start fall? The answer is obvious: at a caravanning rally. For the second time, we invite you to Masuria, to the town of Ryn, to the Polish Caravanning Rally, Masurian Piekiełko. After the huge success of last year's edition, it became obvious that such a great event needs to be organized once again! Ryn is a town located somewhat off the beaten track of the Great Masurian Lakes, on two lakes: Ryńskie and Ołów . In the very center there is a Teutonic castle, and a beautiful promenade runs along the lake.

For most of us, the end of August is associated with the end of holidays. Before summer becomes just a memory, however, one more trip is worth taking - to Düsseldorf. Probably every caravanning enthusiast associates this German city with the largest industry event in Europe - the Caravan Salon fair. This year, too, there should be plenty of attractions. When going to Germany, it is worth booking at least a few days to visit the exhibition halls. And there will be plenty to watch! Over 600 exhibitors have announced their participation. We will have the opportunity to admire 130 brands of motorhomes and caravans in as many as 13 exhibition halls with a total area of 214,000 square meters! One day is definitely not enough to visit all the stands calmly.
