In all tourist guides describing the attractions of Abruzzo, we find two hermitages. They are located near Roccamorice, in the province of Pescara. Roccamorice is a small village in the Italian region of Abruzzo. It rises on a rock on which a series of gray stone houses have been built. Canyons stretch below, creating natural protection. It is eagerly visited by amateurs of rock climbing, who find here great conditions for practicing their passion. A great advantage for any nature enthusiast is the proximity of the National Park della Majella . Its landscape consists of canyons, vast plateaus that can be admired from a great height, and solitary bare stone huts (the so-called tholos, or shepherds' shelters). There are also hermitages - in several of them in the 13th century lived the monk Peter of Morrone, later Pope Celestine V.

Who does not associate Pisa with the Leaning Tower in the first place? For many, the first thought is the belfry standing on the Field of Miracles, but it is not the city's only asset. It may not be able to compete with Florence or Livorno, but it is sometimes underestimated, and wrongly. Pisa is an Italian city on the Arno River in Tuscany. Its heart is the Campo dei Miracoli (Field of Miracles), to which - to paraphrase a well-known proverb - all roads in Pisa lead. It is home to the Duomo Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower). There are never a shortage of tourists taking a picture of themselves in a pose supporting the marble structure. Its characteristic tilt is due to the collapse of the belfry in the sandy ground.

When passing through the Netherlands on the A20 motorway, let's slow down for a moment (preferably the longer one) halfway between Gouda and Rotterdam. The lowest point of the country is located here, and the entire region delights with the beauty of polders. If you consider that "to get down" means "to get depressed," it will be both a metaphorical and a literal explanation. Depression is the area below sea level, which is somewhat below sea level. In a Dutch town we can find both this depressive pit and the desired one - by golf enthusiasts.

It is located 10 km from the center of Auckland and the journey takes approximately 40 minutes.

In fairy tales, dragons had red, green or gold eyes. Albanian has blue eyes - or at least one. He looks at the world from a small country in southern Europe, from a place approx. 25 km from the city of Saranda, near the Greek border. Whether there are blue-eyed dragons is unknown. However, we know for sure that in the southern part of Albania there are forests that smell wonderfully with fir, cherries and nuts. They are crossed by a dozen or so springs, the most beautiful of which, seen from a bird's eye view, can amaze with its beauty. It is called Syri i Kaltër, which means "Blue Eye".

Sandy, uninhabited beaches and an average temperature of up to 30 ° C are the advantages of the Seychelles, beautiful islands in the Indian Ocean. The largest coconuts in the world grow on them, and among the rare specimens of birds, we can see a domestic stork that came here for the winter. The azure Croatian waters are wonderful, the blue sea in Greece is astonishing. In Thai coves, the term "paradise" is on the lips, just like on the coast of Malaysia. However, there are places where there are no words to describe delight at the sight of water. Saying "paradise" is definitely not enough. The islands of the Seychelles are such a place - 115 pearls scattered across the Indian Ocean. They are located in the Indian Ocean, northeast of Madagascar. From Poland, you can reach them only with a change in Munich, Rome, Paris, Milan or London. Several airlines fly to Victoria International Airport, including Air Seychelles.

Today, this small Dutch town located in the immediate vicinity of the German border is a huge tourist attraction, and attracts with its history and architecture. It is a fortress city. In the past, his main task was to control the route leading from the provinces to the western border of Germany, then under Spanish rule. They are attracted both by the great location - the city is the most important communication junction for people visiting the region in the eastern part of Slovakia - and the famous water park Aquacity Poprad. I must admit that Poprad cannot compete with its beauty with the tourist pearls of Slovakia. On the other hand, it is not strictly a holiday resort, so it should not be required to attract attention with its appearance. Its architecture is dominated by contemporary concrete blocks of flats. The background adds charm to it - Poprad is situated by the magnificent Tatra Mountains. Beautiful mountain peaks, picturesquely snow-capped, are dignified above the city, contrasting with the prose of gray, slightly sad blocks. The mountains can be seen from every point of Poprad.

There are few places like Texel - allowing you to relax in nature, away from everything. Where wild rabbits live, and sheep and cows graze on green meadows. Where pheasants walk dignified. Texel is part of the West Frisian Islands and is separated from the Netherlands by the Wadden Sea.
