Discover Taborskie Klokoty - the mysterious pearl of the Czech Republic
It was supposed to be a perfect city, a city of equal people. The idea is beautiful, but translating it into real life turned out to be not so easy. We invite you for a trip to Tabor!. Tabor is the second largest center in southern Bohemia. In the 15th century it was the center of the Hussite revolution. They named it after the biblical mountain - previously it was called another one, Hradiste. The Hussite Museum is located in the premises of the former town hall. We will learn more about the historical (and religious) turmoil that plagued the city. Also noteworthy are the underground corridors open to tourists and the Church of the Transfiguration with a diamond vault in the presbytery.
