This is the result of the purchase of shares in a Canadian motorhome manufacturer. The first result of the takeover will be the debut of one of the most popular European motorhomes on the markets of North America. HymerCar will expand the range of vehicles of the Canadian company, which has been number 1 in the compact campervan segment for 25 years.

Pilote is currently one of the largest concerns producing motorhomes in all of Europe. The history of this French brand dates back to the 1960s, and today Pilote motorhomes are characterized by technical advancement and interesting interiors. What models did Pilote propose for 2016?. Motorhomes from the Premium Class line are the largest and most luxurious vehicles of the Pilote brand. They are from 6.80m to 8.53m long and come in two chassis types: Fiat and Mercedes. At first glance, we are dealing with an ordinary, standard Volkswagen T6. Even the first look inside may not be enough to believe that the model from the Dutch company Tonke is something more than a van ... And yet!. Tonke creates camping bodies mainly on the Mercedes chassis. However, while the models based on the Sprinter stand out because their rest zones resemble railway wagons, the Van model, based on the Volkswagen Transporter , is much more discreet. The manufacturer compares its smallest motorhome to ... a Swiss Army knife . The point is probably that it can be disassembled and thus made practical, and even quite spacious, although it does not indicate this after folding.

Tonke - a campervan full of surprises

The company Bimobil from Oberpframmern near Munich, which has been converting cars into houses on wheels for over 40 years, makes a daring volt. To the disappointment of regular customers, it also presents a model that we will order with a 4x4 drive only on request. During the recently concluded CMT fair, 220,000 visitors passed through the Stuttgart halls, visiting the stands of 2,068 exhibitors from 96 countries. Not only the media attention did not escape the fact that the event's regular decided to make a breakthrough in his production program. Fans of purebred "houses on wheels" associate the Bimobil brand with bodywork on 4x4 and 6x6 vehicles. Of course, there was a debut at the stand, which confirms the leading profile of the German company, but it is the rear-wheel drive model that has the chance to popularize motor tourism among new caravanning fans.

There will be no revolution, but it may be good, because Niesmann + Bischoff motorhomes only needed minor cosmetic procedures to make them dazzling with their beauty again. The designers of the brand have managed to give their motorhomes a characteristic "face", which definitely attracts attention, but not in a controversial way, but in a way that causes common admiration and desire. When looking at an Arto or Flair model, it's hard to suppress the urge to grab the steering wheel of such a vehicle.

In the eyes of a statistical driver, Volvo is synonymous with safety, comfort and functionality. The once angular costs, created almost from the set square, have been replaced with a new design. The first model to introduce Volvo into the new era was the S60 / V60, competing with the BMW 3 and Audi A4 for the customer. The most universal variation of the V60 hit the market a few months ago. The manufacturer gave it a much higher ground clearance , underbody covers and eye-catching plastic covers for wheel arches, bumpers and doors . The distinguishing feature of the CrossCountry version are especially prominent bumpers - the rear one is enriched with a meaningful inscription with the model name.

After all, the Vito has been available with all-wheel drive for almost a year now.
