More and more cool resorts are being built here, and regardless of whether you choose to stay in a house or a tent, in a camper or caravan - camping is a great place to spend a family holiday! In this article, we share information about how much it costs to rent both a camping house and a plot of land on which you can put your tent, trailer or camper. A heated holiday home can be rented at some campsites all year round (e.g. at the Camp4U campsite near Wrocław). Campsites often also offer additional equipment for small children, such as travel cots and bathtubs.

Although over 70% of the Karkonosze area belongs to our southern neighbors, on the Polish side there are several wonderful attractions that the Czechs can envy us. And it's not just about beautiful hiking trails. Karpacz offers many attractions, with particular emphasis on the rich offer for families with children. There is the City Toy Museum, water parks and an all-year-round ice rink. There is also a rope park, a toboggan run in summer, and ski runs and lifts in winter, so enthusiasts of active leisure will also be pleased to relax at the foot of the Giant Mountains . Apart from Śnieżka, the highest peak in the Karkonosze Mountains, you can climb Kopa or Smogornia and climb the surrounding rocks (including Raven Rocks, Pilgrims, Słonecznik). A moment of attention should also be given to the Wild Waterfall, located near the lower cableway station to Kopa. It is the dam that was built at the beginning of the 20th century to subdue the Łomnica river, a river that has repeatedly shown what it can do when its dammed waters gain speed.

Sardinia ranks second on the list of the largest islands in the Mediterranean Sea. In terms of size, it is only surpassed by Sicily. The Sardinian beauty attracts tourists with the beauty of its beaches, including the picturesque Costa Smeralda, rock formations, weather (300 days of sunshine a year) and delicious food. On the island you will find delicious desserts, such as cheese and honey seadas, as well as a local delicacy for the brave, i.e. casu marzu - a sheep cheese "enriched" with live larvae that tastes like gorgonzola. But there is no doubt that Sardinia will be remembered by everyone, even without having to indulge in controversial delicacies, because it is simply wonderful. See with us that no matter which part of the island we spend our vacation in, each one can charm us.

Everyone has their own definition of a small campsite. For me, these are facilities with about 200 plots, but for others even such facilities may seem too large, so I decided that this list will not include campsites that have more than 250 plots or are no larger than 5 ha. But at the same time, I also included here really small (you could even say backyard) facilities that have a dozen or so plots in their area. This may surprise you, but most of these facilities have 4 stars, so small does not mean worse! If you value peace and quiet and are looking for campsites in Croatia that have direct access to the sea, be sure to check out this list.

We live fast and we do everything on the run. Very often we do not have time to plan a few days' vacation, let alone a longer vacation. Especially in winter, in a difficult period for some people, it is worth taking care of yourself and resting a bit. When suddenly there is the possibility of even a few days' break and the opportunity to go skiing, we face a difficult choice - Polish mountains or foreign ski resorts?. Many of us, having little time to plan their free time, decide to travel within the country. The reasons for such decisions are the travel time and the suspicion of a difference in costs. Unfortunately, the weather in Poland is uncertain, especially in winter. The relatively high temperature and the lack of snowfall mean that the dream skiing often ends with walking, sightseeing and tasting the regional cuisine. More and more Poles are realizing that the costs of skiing abroad not only may be in the same amount as the domestic ones, but also the conditions for winter sports are much better there, because they are more reliable.
