During this year's edition of the Motor Show in Poznań, campers, caravans and caravanning accessories will be shown in three halls! Only one hall more is planned for the exhibition of passenger cars as part of the Motor Show. So it cannot be denied that caravanning in Poland is gaining in importance. We already know the list of exhibitors, and in the case of two of them we also know what they want to focus on this year. In hall 2 CarGO! will present, among others a fully integrated model Bavaria I740 C in the Allure version. The car, which is more than 7 meters long, offers four comfortable beds, including a queen-size double bed. In addition to the extensive equipment, the attention is also drawn to the large luggage space, amounting to almost 2,000 liters.

The most famous Tuscan people are Leonardo da Vinci, Rafael Santi and Michelangelo, and Tuscany itself is known primarily for its wonderful monuments, fine wine and wonderful oil. However, not only this attracts tourists to this picturesque region. Tuscany is home to some of the best Italian golf courses. Tuscany is often referred to as the green heart of Italy . Its landscape is very diverse - numerous lakes, vast expanses of forests, hilltops, and the 320 km-long coast along the Ligurian and Tyrrhenian seas are delightful. The beautiful and historic city of Florence is the capital of the region. Tuscany is also the finest golf courses , where the biggest golf tournaments take place.

Abruzzo is an extremely interesting area of central-eastern Italy, known as the green region of Europe. It stretches from the Adriatic Sea to the peaks of the Apennines. The historic city of L'Aquila is the capital of the region. The Abruzzo area combines the richness of culture, history and the exquisite taste of Italy. The coast of Abruzzo on the Adriatic Sea has as many as 130 km of sandy beaches . However, the landscape of this region is more diverse, because we can also find here high peaks of the Apennines (the highest of them is Corno Grande - 2,912 m above sea level). In Abruzzo there is the d'Abruzzo National Park with an area of 439 km. There are as many as 30 nature reserves and parks in the entire region. Due to the terrain, the inhabitants of Abrazia mainly deal with agriculture and cattle breeding.

Models of the "teardrops" are the most popular in the United States, while in our country they are a kind of exotic, and even a novelty. It is even more worth looking at the most popular version of the Caretta caravan - the 1500 model. Total independence related to traveling in a motorhome is not the cheapest pleasure. The costs of a holiday trip can easily match those incurred in the case of a trip booked in the office. Proponents of caravanning agree, however, that none of the ways of moving can match the freedom of traveling at home on wheels. What expenses do people starting their motorhome adventure have to take into account?. Of course, the costs of renting a motorhome do not apply to those caravanning enthusiasts who decide to buy a new or used vehicle. The full comfort of driving your own vehicle is usually around 20,000-50,000 in the case of used models and from 200,000 in the case of buying a new motorhome. Other fans of free travel can take advantage of the offer of motorhome rental companies. Rental prices vary depending on the season. For example, for renting a Pilote Foxy Van 630J motorhome, we will pay from PLN 340 per night in the low season to PLN 490 in the high season. The daily cost of renting the luxurious Pilote G740GJ Emotion model ranges from PLN 500 to PLN 850. Owners of motorhome rental companies agree - the interest in caravanning is growing, so you should decide to book a motorhome for safety at least a month before the planned trip. This advance notice is especially important in the high season, which lasts from May to the end of September.

The greenest and most picturesque island of the Croatian Kvarner Archipelago is Lošinj, and its largest city is Mali Lošinj, which attracts tourists with beautiful monuments, sandy beaches and the unique landscape of a bay surrounded by islands. In the old days, the island of Lošinj was connected to the neighboring island of Cres to form Apsyrtides , the largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The islands, however, were separated by the Illyrians in 1600 BC. Currently, these islands are connected by an 11-meter swing bridge , located in the village of Osor.

When in 2016 I had the honor of sitting in the Motor Show Awards chapter and presenting the award to Jacek Jaskot (chief designer and constructor of the Globe-Traveler brand) for the Voyager XS motorhome model, I knew this car only from the fair and from conversations with users. Nevertheless, I awarded the award not only because of the high quality and applied solutions, but also for the work that Jacek put into creating a Polish brand, now more and more recognizable and appreciated throughout Europe.

Venice is famous primarily for its unique urban development. In addition, this amazing city is connected by canals with beautiful islands, lying in the area of the Venetian Lagoon. This amazing reservoir is over 80 km long and stretches along the picturesque coast of Veneta. The Venetian Lagoon began to form in the 17th century BC in a swampy environment where the first human settlements appeared. The islands lie in the northeastern part of Italy , between the mainland and the Adriatic Sea. The Venetian Lagoon stretches between two rivers: Sile and Brenta. For millennia, this place was formed by great alpine rivers - Piave, Sile, Brenta and Adige, depositing on the seabed masses of silt and sand brought from the mountains.

It turns out not for the first time that people who want their camper to look ultra-modern inside should look towards Italian manufacturers. Our most awaited and most demanding, for some almost "journey of a lifetime" began on July 1st. Ready for adventure, we started packing, 30 days, 7 people in one Volkswagen T3 - it was not an easy challenge . Our main luggage was "YELLOW" food, as Norway is one of the most expensive countries in Europe, we wanted to take as much of it as possible. After 2 days of travel, we arrived in Denmark, the town of Hirtshals, from where we had a ferry that docked in Kristiansand, but it turned out that the next one was only 6 hours away! Our time, however, did not last long, we spent it in a very charming place, on a sandy beach, listening to the sound of the sea.
