The first superstructure, or actually a camping extension, was made by Josef Tischer in 1973 , by mounting it to the Volkswagen Golf . More than 40 years later, the company, led by Peter, the son of the founder, produces nearly 200 annual bodies and collects awards, incl. for the strength and tightness of the body. What is behind the success of the Tischer brand? At the time when the first buildings of this type were built, they were a great alternative to caravans - more expensive, heavier and more difficult to maneuver. Today, however, the buildings of the German company are still selling well, despite the strong competition in the form of motorhomes.

One can talk about Kołobrzeg for a long time, after all, it is one of the most beautiful Polish health resorts. She has not been scientifically proven to work on this subject, but no one will deny her power. In the nineteenth century, when the seaside spa park was established, shrubs and trees were planted in peat lumps, thanks to which they absorbed more easily in the white sand. However, the real fame of the city was brought not by mud, but by salt. Already in the distant past, it was shipped by sea and land. Thanks to her, Kołobrzeg became brick early, which was equal to great wealth. Today, the city no longer produces salt, but tempts with brine baths in numerous plants. On the shore of Parsęta, in the northern part of the Salt Island , there is a brine spring - a great tourist attraction, visited by the inhabitants during the pickling season. Homemade pickles can be bought not only in the store, but also on the beach, at sellers encouraging customers with slogans: "Small-salt cucumbers tighten the lower parts".

In Kołobrzeg, the head does not hurt

From year to year, we find more and more models in the range of motorhomes of the Polish brand Globe-Traveler . Currently, six series of tourist vehicles are leaving the plant in Karczew near Warsaw, including the extremely interesting Pathfinder , combining the features of the top Voyager and the compromise Explorer. Each group of figures is accompanied by a smaller group ("ninots"), created by children from a given housing estate or district. Over the next few days, residents and tourists vote for the best puppets. On the night of March 19, all pieces except the winning ones are burned. The Fire Festival combines the tradition of saying goodbye to winter and religious motifs. It is a fun-filled festival that arouses great interest among tourists.

It's hard to sit still. Especially if it turns out that tickets that were too expensive so far become available as a result of good promotion. And so we bought tickets for the ferry from Gdynia to Karskrona, for four people, with dinners and one double cabin for less than PLN 1,200. The normal price was around PLN 2,400. The journey takes approximately 10 hours one way. On the ferry you can get pretty decently stocked in the duty-free shop, but more on that later. We left Karlskrona in the direction of Kalmar by the side road number 130. This is how the navigation (tomtom) led us. A quiet road through the woods. We got there in the evening time to go sightseeing the next day.
