Insure a used car!
An important issue when buying four wheels and during the use of a vehicle is insurance. What should we know about it and what should we pay attention to when choosing it?. Currently, Poles focus more on buying used vehicles than buying a new car straight from the showroom. The primary reason, of course, is finance. Not all of us can afford a new vehicle, and taking a loan does not make the whole thing easier, because not everyone likes to have such obligations. The purchase also includes additional insurance-related fees. The buyer of a used car with the subject of purchase takes over the current liability insurance and all obligations related to this issue. It is good practice for both the seller and the buyer to ensure that all formalities are completed to mutual benefit. The vehicle liability insurance must be handed over. This is the seller's primary responsibility. He must provide all documents that confirm the validity of the civil liability insurance, as well as proof that the fees have been paid for them. If we sell the vehicle, we must contact the insurer within 2 weeks of the buyer contract to report the change of ownership of the vehicle. From that moment on, the buyer takes over all the obligations related to the insurance. It also has the right to withdraw from the contract in favor of another one that better suits the needs of the buyer.
