Rovinj - because small is beautiful
Holidays in Croatia are nothing new for Poles - each of us has probably been to Dubrovnik or admired the Plitvice Lakes so many times that we could lead tours around them ourselves. Therefore, when going on holiday to this picturesque corner of Europe, it is worth, instead of yawning again from boredom, look for a place that is perhaps less known, less frequently visited by bus trips, but precisely because of this - maybe also much, much more interesting?. If we are looking for a place that would allow us to escape from the crowds, but at the same time have a lot to offer, it is worth going for a short trip to the small, beautifully situated Rovinj. The town stretching right on the shore of the Adriatic Sea is a great place to relax and immerse yourself in a fascinating mix of two cultures: Italian and Croatian. Many tourists come here to take a break from the chaos and rush of life in nearby Venice. And this is not the worst choice - if we board the ferry, we will reach the famous "City of Lovers" in just two hours!.
