If someone knows the basic rules of conduct in public places, it will be a cliche for him. On the other hand, if he does not know them or knows them, but disregards them, attempts to teach him to be a good neighbor are doomed to failure. And here we can imagine a noisy group that organizes boisterous parties until dawn, nags its neighbors looking for harassment, and leaves a pile of rubbish behind when they leave.
