On Wednesday, April 29, 2020, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Health Łukasz Szumowski announced that from May 4, the second stage of return to normality will begin, which involves the opening (with restrictions) of hotels and other accommodation places as well as some cultural institutions such as libraries, museums or art galleries. The prime minister is convinced that some control over the situation related to the coronavirus pandemic in the country has been taken, although of course you still need to be careful, but also flexible.
