Baden-Württemberg belongs to one of the sixteen federal states of Germany. It is a sunny region, dominated by medieval castles and the untouched, unspoiled nature of the Black Forest and Lake Constance. In this natural landscape, the best red grapes ripen to produce one of the tastiest German wines. The capital of this beautiful state is Stuttgart. Baden-Württemberg is famous e.g. thanks to the cuckoo clock, Boss suits and Black Forest ham . However, the land is also known for its vast vineyards and excellent grape varieties , the most popular of which has been the Trollinger for many years. Baden-Württemberg ranks fourth among Germany's largest wine regions and is also the only one that produces more red than white wine.

We had been agreeing on the Voyager XS test with Elcamp (the manufacturer of Globe-Traveller motorhomes) for several months, but finally we managed to hunt down a free date only in mid-November. And because this is a particularly busy period in our editorial office, the test had to be extremely short. Short but intense! In four days we covered about 1000 km. At the beginning of the year, we tested a very similar model of this Polish manufacturer, namely the Pathfinder XS (description here: Winter camper test: Globe-Traveller Pathfinder XS ). Therefore, I will not elaborate on the interior layout - it is almost identical. However, I will try to describe the differences that I consider quite important and I hope that they will help you when choosing a new mobile home.

The Garda Trentino region is a great place for cycling. There are legends about many mountain and road routes. Nothing unusual. There are 44 marked routes, stretching for over 1,300 km. I think that this region is well known to lovers of two wheels, but it is not only a mecca for very active people, but also for everyone who likes communing with nature. I admit that the most beautiful routes leading along mountain slopes, providing amazing views, are mostly intended for experienced cyclists. This does not mean that there are no scenic trails for the average two-wheeler. The routes have been divided into three basic categories according to technical and fitness abilities: easy, moderate and difficult.

The Forster I726 VB is one of those motorhomes that we were particularly interested in during the Caravan Salon 2017 in Düsseldorf. In the mass of similar camping vehicles, the integrated motorhome of the German brand is very positively distinguished by both the appearance and the unusual layout of the interior. The front with large headlights and a streamlined hood , devoid of the "grill" typical of Fiat Ducato, are the hallmarks of all integrated motorhomes by Forster, owned by another well-known manufacturer of touring vehicles - Eura Mobil . At the rear, there are two rows of narrow LED lights, arranged parallel to the road.

He noticed the beauty of the mountain range lying in the Vistula basin, surrounded by its three tributaries (the Biała, Soła and Skawa rivers). This range is 35 km long, 10-15 km wide, and the average height of its hills is only 513 m above sea level. Compared to the Tatra Mountains, the Beskid Mały may be of a meager stature, but it does not prevent it from enchanting more tourists. Every year, it attracts thousands of lovers of mountain nature with the beauty of its landscapes and easy routes. They come from all over the country (and not only) to get to know the beauty of the Beskid Mały Landscape Park, Natura 2000 area - an area where you can see a wolf, lynx, and even a brown bear.

The Dolomites attract lovers of mountain landscapes with the richness of their beauty. With a variety of climbing rocks, a palette of fantastic colors and ubiquitous contrasts - green meadows right next to steep and raw cliffs. The Dolomites were formed in ancient times, when the Earth did not yet know man. They were born as a result of the powerful waves of the prehistoric Tethys Ocean that today proudly soar skyward like jagged blades. In 2009, this beautiful mountain range was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Since then, it has been under special protection, not only as a rich source of information for geologists, but also as a reserve of unique flora and fauna. It delights with the uniqueness of forms and colors.

We set the date of testing a motorhome from the Polish manufacturer Globe-Traveler in a few good months. All "demo" motorhomes (demonstration vehicles) were constantly on the road between numerous fairs and competitions, and catching one between events was very difficult. Additionally, autumn diseases often crossed our plans, as a result of which the first available date fell in mid-November. Where to go for a weekend in late autumn? Of course, for the Christmas market!. Due to the fact that we live in the south of Poland, we are relatively close to several European capitals where you can see the most beautiful Christmas markets. The choice was unanimous: Vienna.

During the CARAVAN SALON in Dusseldorf, representatives of the Dethleffs brand presented the result of two years of work on the vehicle of the future. E.Home, as the concept is called, is at first glance a massive motorhome based on the Iveco Daily Electric vehicle. During the conference, project coordinators emphasized that they want to be pioneers and apply technologies that have not been used in this industry so far. A little over 31 square meters of a special solar mat (or rather foil) is characterized by a total efficiency of 3000 Watt and is to be a source of energy for heating, a stove and a refrigerator.

The Eternal City of Rome, located in central Italy, is the destination of millions of tourists every year to see caput mundi (Latin for "head of the world"). This global metropolis, washed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and wrapped in the Tiber ribbon, has been attracting people from all over the world for years. It tempts them not only with the enormous number of tourist attractions (it is difficult to mention even a fraction of the monuments remaining after antiquity and the Middle Ages). It is a city of two countries (Italy and the Vatican), with a large international airport, an extensive network of highways and a perfectly organized network of high-speed railways. Full of monuments, yet very modern. Thirty km from its center, among the benefits of the 21st century, is probably the first colony of Rome - Ostia .

The advantage of Thule Motion XT Alpine is incl. simple roof mounting system thanks to the PowerClick system. It uses a clamping force indicator that "clicks" when the box is attached tightly enough - this ensures that the user can always be sure that the rack is securely fastened. An additional element increasing the safety of using the boot is the SlideLock locking system, which automatically locks the lid and clearly informs the user when the box is securely closed. Krk is the largest island in Croatia. In ancient times it was called the Golden Island. It is surrounded by the blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, which, combined with the varied coastline and mild Mediterranean climate, creates an attractive place to rest. The Golden Island also has picturesque, historic towns such as Njivice or Krk, which carry the same name as the island. The island of Krk is situated in the northern part of the Kvarner Bay. Its area is 409.9 km2. The island is characterized by a mild climate and rich vegetation - there are nearly 1,400 species of plants there. The northern and southern parts of Krk abound in rock terraces and pastures, while the central and western parts are mainly arable fields, olive groves and vineyards. The largest administrative center of the island, as well as its political and economic center, is the city of Krk . Along the Adriatic coast line you will find many attractive port and tourist towns , such as Njivice.

The Swift Basecamp caravan comes from Great Britain and there is no distributor in our country - so there is no chance that it will become popular in Poland. Nevertheless, it is worth taking a look at it, because it is currently one of the most interesting mass-produced trailers on the market. Basecamp brings together most of the current trends as if in a lens. According to them, the caravan should be small, light, full of light , equipped with modern, modular furniture, and it should also give the possibility to personalize its appearance.
